Maybe jet lagged and first proper meal from the horrid plane food, this rustic tasting funky music little restaurant opposite royal court of justice is producing some excellent food. Though it is not cheap! A sea bream, bread and a pint comes to £30. I'm sure I can get some pretty good food down under at that price. So 3.5star rather than 4, just abit on the expensive side!

Great venue not far from the Apex hotel. Great suggestion from the staff there at the hotel as well. Went over for lunch and it is packed, and for good reason. The bartender made room for our group of four downstairs which is in line with the kitchen and further seating area. I thought the venue was nice, and the setup great. The wait staff was prompt and the food was very good. Three of us did the pizza which was made with care and tasty, and another did the tagliatelle with steak which was also very good. I would recommend if looking for Italian in London. The bar area and cocktail list also looked very good.

A good pizza spot for lunch. Get your own pie with some tasty toppings. Nice wine list too. I personally enjoyed the Diavola pizza with spicy njuda and salami! Delicious I almost ate my whole damn pie!

Good pizza. Fast service. Very good all around and really deserves a better rating on Yelp. We didn't try any of the other dishes though.

The restaurant appeared tiny from the entrance but has a large seating area downstairs. We arrived for a late dinner and were seated immediately by the friendly hosts. The food was fresh and expertly prepared. We had a fish dish, lasagna, pizza and steak. All the dishes were simply prepared yet delicious. Service was fast and very friendly. Would highly recommend this spot!

Gnocchi were perfectly done pillows of goodness. Homemade pasta served deliciously al dente. Fresh seafood, clams and shrimp. Hearty and flavorful mushrooms and wonderful sauces. English as a second language to the apparent Italian expatriates that are friendly and helpful creating a superb dining experience.

Service was great. Everyone so friendly. We had a marguerita pizza and lasagna. We enjoyed both. You can get the pizza in a half order also. Wine excellent. A nice relaxing evening after a long day

Really good and authentic pizza with a tasty crust. The pizza is made in a stone oven and the one i had was with fresh buffalo mozarella and basil on top what made it really awsome. and you really need to try the nutella cheescake and the homemade tiramisu they are soo good. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant itself has a rustic look and was very comfortable.

Delicious traditional Italian fare served by attentive staff (who didn't even mind my limited and poorly pronounced Italian). Portion sizes were "goldilocks", not too big and not too small. My pasta was cooked to perfection so highly recommended. Don't be put off by the small seating area on the ground floor, there is a huge basement seating area. I was able to get a seat on a Friday evening without a problem. Definitely worth a visit, just remember service is automatically added to the bill.

Initially we went inside only to check out the interior and see if we potentially want to come here some day. But then discovered much more space downstairs and even better atmosphere then on the ground floor. At this point we couldn’t resist to give it a try. Their pasta is very delicious and just the right degree al dente. Next time we’ll see what kind of pizza comes out of that brick oven they’ve got there. Nice lively atmosphere, great staff, delicious food. Definitely coming back for more!

Good Italian spot. The olives, the burrata and the octopus are delicious, as are the mushroom pizza and lasagna. Wasn’t the biggest fan of the cheese and honey, but the rest of the dishes were great. They have a decent wine list, and delicious desserts.

Beautiful cozy restaurant. Great friendly, welcoming staff. Charming young Barista Manu, with sort your drinks and take your orders. Great Coffee's, awesome food, a place not to be missed. Cozy upstairs, larger tables down stairs for 4+. Loved the decor and vibe. Highly recommended. Thanks to Manu for completing our London visit with his Attentive service. Fantastic Food in perfect surroundings. Loved the much needed Latte's too.

Good quality Italian on Fleet Street. Service is good, as is the food. Service is sufficiently fast for a work day lunch. Prices reflective of location.

Dinner here with hubby, food is delicious and great service. A little bit pricey but that is what is expected up town.

Great casual Italian restaurant, with bold flavours and classic dishes. Ingredients are fresh and represent what the restaurant is about.

I've just had what was arguably one of the most delicious breakfasts I've ever had in my life. Simply outstanding! I'll be back to try lunch and dinner very soon. If you're ever nearby in the morning, I recommend the Frittata or the eggs Benedict. It's very different from anything similar that I've tried in the past, the flavours here are a unique and perfect blend. It's as if they've nailed the process of creating a masterpiece; art had da Vinci, music had Vivaldi, poetry had Dante, and boy does breakfast have REMO... can't wait to try this again!

Very tasty vegan penne pomodoro. I asked them to add mushrooms, which they happily did, and they were more than happy to. Unexpectedly they were assorted mushrooms, and delicious! Vegan (cheese-free) pizza option also available

I booked this place for a birthday surprise and they were able to accommodate 16 of us. The staff couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful, they sorted out the cake I brought, met every request and ensured we had a great night. We took advantage of the great value pre theatre menu and there was a good choice for everyone. The food was to a high standard overall, some of the pasta dishes were quite small portions when compared to the pizzas but on the whole I would strongly recommend this place especially if you have a group together.

Great restaurant, lovely service and the food was delicious. My friend and I went for dinner on a Thursday, we booked, however, it was not that busy in the upstairs area. The waitress who took care of us was very attentive and helpful We ordered meat, cheese and olives to start with some bread. The hard Italian cheese was delicious! Had a little drizzle of honey which made it even better. The parma ham and bread was also very nice! Even though we felt quite full, we then both ordered pasta. My friend had a truffle oil pasta and I had a taste, it was so good. We also had a glass of wine each, then a bottle of red, one dessert and an espresso martini. Bill came to £130 with service include, which was more money than we would normally spend on a catch up dinner, however the food was that good!

Visited here recently with as part of a work lunch and tried the Vegan Pizza they have on offer and loved it! The lightning and mood is great, not loud and good for easy conversation. Food itself as you may have guessed was great, and had options for all diet options. Staff were great too, friendly and around whenever you needed them!

My partner and I had lunch a few days ago. We received a charming welcome, food was spot on and excellent service. Staff almost all Italian, beautiful location with great attention to detail. It just felt like being home for a couple of hours.. I look forward to going again soon, maybe in the evening as the cocktail list looks just amazing.

Great little and big rustic style Italian restaurant! The food here is delicious and cooked extremely well, flavours of how a seasoned Nonna would cook with a little touch of that more up scale London style cooking to fit into it's surroundings. The pasta, beautifully fresh and no overloading on several ingredients. Also the swordfish here, so damn good! The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere and a great wine selection, the ground floor is a bit smaller but more cosy and downstairs is like a whole other world, so the choice is yours. The staff are brilliant, super friendly and offer great recommendations!

Visited on a Thursday lunchtime (booking for 12.45). Booking the table online was super simple. Food was delicious, service was excellent, atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed. The staff were friendly and attentive without constantly hovering over as you can get in other places. Had a real feel like a family run Italian trattoria. 100% would recommend (and have already done so!) Also, get the Nutella cheesecake I promise, it doesn't matter how full you think you are you will absolutely find room for that cheesecake. Incredible.
