The Ninth - London - Photo album

Food and service were both excellent. Between us we had starters of asparagus and sea trout and they were so fresh and were a work of art on their own. The lunch menu was very decently priced for a one star Michelin restaurant. Would definitely recommend.
Really loved this! We had the tasting menu, which ended with the best dessert I have ever tasted (pain perdu made from house-made brioche with tonka bean ice cream - SO GOOD!). Service was faultless and the atmosphere was cosy and not stuffy at all. We will definitely be back.
I’d give The Ninth six stars if I could! Exceeded expectations on all fronts - we went for a set lunch menu which was surprisingly affordable for such good quality. The cured sea trout appetiser was stand out for me, but flavours of every course were incredibly considered. Staff were wonderfully att
What a beautiful experience I've had at this restaurant! The team was welcoming and pleasant and the dishes were to be remembered! The pain perdu was perfect - made me close my eyes when I took the first bite. Highly recommend!
Great food and service. I like the concept, it makes the entire experience more communal and let’s you taste more dishes like with a tasting menu. Just make sure to order enough, as the chargrilled lamb was delicious, but a tiny portion.
Reserved in advance - the only place available was the tears, luckily they had place inside, the erase doesn't look inviting and it was windy. Service was OK, but could have been more attentive. The ambiance is relaxed. The food was tasty with well balanced tastes. Presentation was nice but not spec
Absolutely delicious. Very well balanced. The decor and atmosphere is great. I wouldn’t say it is the best place I’ve been to, but, it is definitely a great place to have dinner and enjoy an innovative take on various European cuisines.
Went for the Amex dinner. The food was ace. The crab tart amuse bouche was delicious but definitely on the saltier side. That dessert was out of this world. My friend was celiac so I get to have the whole thing on my own and loved every bite of it. The wine list wasn’t great but may be they had anot
My favourite London restaurant. Set over several floors in a beautiful old Bloomsbury town house, it's always busy but the staff are charming and the service is attentive. The food is designed for sharing, and you'll want to try a bit of everything. Stand out dishes on this visit were the venison ta
One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time! I went with my family for a graduation celebration, and they were so generous, they even gave a hand written card from the entire staff! The food was fantastic, from the small bites, the fresh salad, the lush pasta, and the stellar desserts - everything
One star experience indeed, in the best way possible. Great and attentive service. Food was so accurate, unique and very good and tasty. We really enjoyed everything. Best dish in our opinion was the beef cheek, but everything else we ordered was also so well balanced and full of flavor. Highly reco
It is sure that no matter with or without the fire, The Ninth can always keep offering surprises. The veal is just amazing. Personally I don’t like the texture of fat but the veal is so tender and the taste is so balancing. I’m sure that I’ll visit the restaurant again soon!
DEFINITELY WILL VISIT AGAIN. Chef knows how to remain the original flavor of the ingredients while cooking with creative ways. We were amazed at the taste and smell of each dish, especially the astonishing cod croquettes and lamb. And you must try the cocktail. The ninth won't let you down, so does
This restaurant was brought to my attention by a social news article I was reading in which it received great reviews. Being one for trying out new venues and feeling rather adventurous, I decided to book a table for a date night. The dining rooms are clean and tastefully decorated and I felt a frie
The food was a range of great to average. Started with snacks. The truffle bake was a nice kickoff to the palate. The smoked eel was pretty lacklustre. The seabass caparcio was a little too sour on the fish and a tad too much green sauce. The squid pasta was fantastic. Al dente with a great boost of
Dine and wine with the most incredible food and perfectly selected wines to go with your meal at The Ninth The best part of this Michelin ⭐️ restaurant is you can share your food at the table . So I’d recommend to order as much as you can from the menu because each dish is unique and is a must try
British Understatement in a French restaurant . High quality food , friendly service . A bliss !
Great experience, l did not know they had a star and thought they deserved one. Tried the makreel, cheeks, pasta with truffle, lamb and cheese cake . Everything was great. Service was great and friendly too. Relaxed atmosphere. Recommended!
