The highlight of our weekend in London for sure. We were looking for a nice afternoon tea that was not too expensive and was also friendly for someone that is gluten free. The atmosphere was fancy but not pretentious and there was live music during our tea. All of the food and treats were delicious
We dined in the Emmelineβs Lounge on a quiet Friday afternoon for their Broadway afternoon tea. It comprises four plates: savouries, finger sandwiches, scones and dessert. I always enjoy a good prawn mayo so the prawn marie rose on a brioche bun took my vote. The chefs are innovative in their choice
Solid tea with an innovative menu based on classics. Sandwiches and scones were incredible. Desserts were hit or miss and it seemed like presentation mattered more than taste.
My wife loves tea and I love coffee. It helps that Emmeline's has great coffee and an even better selection of tea.

Food was amazing and staff was very attentive.
This place has the best afternoon tea I have ever tried in all of England. Staff are very cooperative and kind and their service was perfect couldnβt have asked for anything better. Would definitely come back here after a long day in central London. ππππππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»
Their AC was broken so it was chilli, but otherwise a very nice ambiance. Good place to do work or meet someone for a drink/food
A very nice upscale market hotel lounge for tea, drinks and meetings. Excellent service and decor
