Amazing little restaurant in the heart of Streatham, comfortable, quaint real feel setting with super friendly staff, we've been searching for a Chinese restaurant in London to match our experienced palette expectations and we finally found one. The food was absolutely delicious, excellent authentic menu and food which arrives beautifully presented to your table. This is a real hidden GEM and I for one shall return with open arms and appetite. my suggestion... Book now! you won't regret this dining experience.
We had a fantastic experience last night! Probably the best handmade dumplings I've had- such a hidden gem in Streatham! Squid salt and chilli was also divine. Staff were super welcoming, attentive and friendly. Definitely going back to work our way through the menu!
Well, my only complaint is that we took way too long to try Rice Republic !
I called last minute to arrange a table and the staff member was so accommodating on the phone. The restaurant had such a warm and cosy atmosphere that evening and the waiter was truly superb. Hats off to the chef as each dish was fresh and packed full of flavour. Delicious 👌! Recommend the mushrooms buns and sticky shredded beef .

Fantastic dim sum! Unassuming, family run business - gem in Streatham. Delicious vegetarian options too. Great for sharing and both date nights or larger groups to eat in.
This was the most tastiest fresh and full of flavour foods I’ve ever had. Everything was delicious. It is an absolute hidden gem that more people should know about. Their food is amazing.
Brilliant service and amazing Chinese Food! Was soo good that we got it as a take out a couple of weeks later. The Chicken Sui Mai with a touch of ginger sauce was a personal favourite.
A Chinese restaurant making their own in-house dim sum. A rarity outside of Chinatown, and they are getting bonus points for that. The dumplings are the star of the menu but it's all good. Nice casual dining in experience and very friendly staff.
The food is delicious, and the wonton soup with a little vinegar is a must-order every time!

Very nice restaurant. Great decor. Good food. I was really amazed by the selection of the dim sum. A bit pricey. I was gutted that they don't have food and not usually serving noodles. Tiny menu

5 stars says it all. Love the music and the ambience. Freshly cooked food of an excellent standard.
Surprisingly good. It's on a horrible part of Streatham high street meaning you might just never notice it but it's well worth a visit. I only tried the duck and pancakes and a few dim sum but it was all excellent.
The duck was crisp and not horribly greasy like you get at a lot of other places.
I'd say this is easily the best Chinese restaurant in and around the local area.
This is a tough one. All the reviews scream 5 stars but this Chinese restaurant is not quite there yet. The siu Mai (in the wooden basket) were absolutely delicious, a mix of pork, crab and chicken "dumplings", each one very different and unique in taste. However the beef in pepper sauce was definitely too sweet and the duck sauce nothing more than ok. A bit of stomachache both of us but I guess it's the kind of sodium used in the Chinese food. Service impeccable. Good value for money. £30 for a platter and 2 mains. I'd go again definitely. The Chinese lady absolutely lovely. Let's see if they'll win the 5th star next time ;-)
Four of us for dinner. Absolutley delicious. Dim sum like this? In Streatham? Madness. Few dodgy reviews on here but ignore the picky eaters, the apparent food critics and wander past, eat here and support a local business. You won't be disappointed. Great quality, brilliant staff and a perfectly reasonable bill. Absolutley brilliant. We will be back.
DELICIOUS! the ginger chicken Sui mai was amazing and the quality of everything was great. Also the broccoli!!! Price was VERY reasonable for good quality dim sum - ate SO MUCH and had a beer and came to under £20 a head. What a local gem to have on the highroad - we will be back! (only thing I could even begin to fault is it would be good to offer a half duck as well as quarter)
