I fell in love with this place. Very very warm environment and friendly staff. I used to get my usual JWBL here with coke and walkers and their main course portions are of big size. Their one portion of fish & chips / beef ribs can feed two Indians and its yummy too.
Though a small place but a must visit.

An oddball pub on the Kings Cross road but oddball in the most welcoming way. The Union Tavern is one of those pubs you don't expect but really happy they are there. Great staff serving a great range of beers and offering a superb range of steaks for any carnivore that walk in (peanuts also available). A most enjoyable pint.

Great pub. Lovely staff and a good range of craft beers. The food is super and reasonably priced. We had lamb spring rolls and calamari for starters. Chicken and fish and chips for mains. All top notch. Wholly recommend and next time we are visiting from Ireland will return.
