Lovely place to chill in Knightbridge.
Was taken there by a college.
The place is spacious. The terrace not that big just can accommodate few chairs and tables is a bit crowded ; is a smoking area... consider in UK you can’t smoke anymore in public places.

My friends & I like the fact you can order either an American thick cut serving or a thinly cut serving of beef which is my personal preference.
The hot towels are a nice touch at the beginning of the meal, so are the complimentary rolls with butter.

The place looks gorgeous-- very much in the gentleman's club style, leather, dark wood and old mirrors. The staff at the bar are friendly and certainly know their stuff and the food is pretty gorgeous. Really the only thing to watch out for is the cost, which is fairly extreme.

As always the tops. But the mangement must make up their minds when they are opening and closing. They have lost a lot of customers because of it.
I have loved the Rib Room and have been a regular customer for over 50 years and have never seen It so empty in my life. SERVICE 5*.
Excellent service and they did all the modifications I needed in my meal and didn't feel judged for having to make so many for me. Perfect! Even with the less exciting meal I asked for, it was still very tasty. I would go back any time!
We went there this Saturday for our birthdays we were 15 minutes late and were told the table was gone.
We explained that we were coming from Kent and the trains were all delayed .
The staff did everything in their power to rectify the situation.

Everytime we pass through London often, this restaurant is our must stop for dinner. We have been doing this since 2007. The best beef and Yorkshire pudding in the Uk.

The Rib Room is known for best traditional British cuisine in Knightsbridge area. I had dinner here with my family a few days before the year ends last year. The food and service is exceptionally good. I particularly devoured and enjoy beef tartar and had dover sole for main and it was filleted rig
The Angus Rib is simply divine. The Rib Room provides a luxury dining experience, and is very suitable for clients/business dinners. The attention to service is excellent, and the wine list extensive.
Good food and good sized portions. The prawn cocktail is a must as a starter as it is quite different to your normal bog standard prawn cocktail. Drinks wise quite expensive and a limited cocktail selection.
you wouldn't think a hotel restaurant could be this good and not be one of the multiplying mega ego chief hot spots,clearly it can. not only was the food surprisingly good,but you will never have better service anywhere. always there but unobtrusive attuned to your slightest whim and did i say not
The Rib Room is back better than ever. You just can't beat it for the most succulent roast rib of beef in town. Try it, you won't be disappointed.
Have you ever heard of a 5* hotel that offers a burger for £12 and includes a glass of wine with it? At the bar at The Rib Room, one can get just such and frankly it's the best burger I've ever had.
