I’ve been living in this neighbourhood for more than three years now and never saw this place. Last week it was recommended to me and I thought I would try it. I had breakfast there this morning and must admit I really liked it. The scrambled eggs and salmon were tasty, the eggs Benedict really good
A nice and cosy restaurant with only around 4 tables and excellent service. The owner herself is the chef and a warm and welcoming person. The meals are inspired by french cuisine but with a personal touch. We really enjoyed the dinner and wine in a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Something we did not
Was planning a dinner out with a friend and played a bit with the Explore tab of my Google Maps, looking for a new restaurant in the area. When we arrived we had the most pleasant surprise. I am very picky with French cuisine, but this small restaurant is amazing. In every bite you can taste the qua
Amazing experience, great service from our waiter and amazing food made by the owner. Better than vast majority of French restaurants in Paris, don't miss it!
I took my lady here for a nice meal and it did not disappoint. I booked it from Australia and there was a smooth booking over the phone. The food was delicious and very well presented. The wine list was well rounded with a price guide to match any budget. The atmosphere was very comfortable and nice
My parents were visiting me this weekend and we were looking for a restaurant to have lunch at the very last minute. We did not have a reservation (which is absolutely needed there!), but we were kindly offered a table anyway. We received a very warm welcome from the Chef herself, who is a very kin
Had a fabulous date night here with my husband. Food was exceptionally well done. Intimate setting and relaxed. It is a small restaurant so perfect if you want to talk to (and hear) your dinner partner. Probably not great if you are interested in people watching.
I would encourage everyone to give this restaurant a try. The restaurant is intimate with only a handful of tables. The chef explains the menu and it's clear she takes a lot of pride in her food. The service was prompt and the value for money was appropriate. We had a large party and everyone left
Wonderful local find. Can honestly say I have never had a better breakfast in London, everything is made fresh daily and to perfection. Evening meal recently was also a complete delight with an ever changing specials menu along with some classic standing dishes. My only disappointment is knowing I w
I love this place, the lady is so nice and helpful and does everything on her own, bakes and makes all her own food, clears tables, cashes and washes up, she's super woman!! I really don't know how she does it. Her cakes are amazing, her pastries are to die for and I have yet to try the bread but
Amazing and cute place. Good vine, testy food and romantic music. Very friendly Chef.
Chef Dimitra's menu is sensational and her talent immense. Her food has the high drama which I love to see in French food as well as being comforting and filling. Very difficult to choose a favourite of the starters and mains which I shared with two friends, and I look forward to my next visit.
Do not let the «bookings only» scare you. Such a cosy restaurant where you really feel special. It’s a small restaurant which can seat ~10 people. Dimitra is the owner and does everything from being the chef to serving the food. We went on a Sunday evening and made a booking via OpenTable shortly
Excellent dinning experience. My husband and I have dined twice where both food and service were excellent. This is by far our favorite restaurant in London and we will be returning with more visiting guests.
Amazing place. I had been meaning to go for ages and finally made it there before the breakfast cutoff at 11:30...glad I did. It's got great vibe, the woman who runs it is totally hardcore about her food, and the price is reasonable. A total find. Perfect.
Had an amazing breakfast here, portions are large and prices are low, while quality is good. Coffee is done well. The place might be a bit hidden to the passerby, but don’t be shy to try it! Service is high quality.
Fantastic service, very original menu, well presented food cooked by the owner herself and all this in a cosy place! This restaurant is a must for anyone who loves their food! I will definitely come back! Thanks again
Les Douceurs de la Tentation is probably the best bakery in Maida Hill and without question a great place for a French or English breakfast. A sunny Saturday morning and I was walking across Maida Vale to meet some friends for breakfast around Maida Hill Place. I did not know the place we were goin
