Lovely Indian food in Indian Moments in Clapham. My Spanish friend Jorge particularly enjoyed the chicken dhansak but did say the chutney’s were a bit too small. Please note you have to pop to Tesco to buy booze, would recommend the yellow tail Shiraz.

Food was amazing and the prices were very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and will be coming again next time I'm in London.

I’ve marked the atmosphere down only because it was an exceptionally quiet Monday night and we were the only customers. Otherwise it was the tastiest curry I’ve had ever, really first class and the service was spot on. Highly recommended. BTW you have to bring your own alcohol so one of us nipped up to the neighbouring Tesco Express.

Great waitstaff. The food were delicious and promptly served. The atmosphere is great for groups but I went with my partner, so dinner dates is great here too. Very clean looking establishment too. No complaints from us whatsover. Definitely worth a visit again.

Food was amazing, and we also got lots of starters to share, everything was fresh and really tasty. Unfortunately the service was not great and the person waiting our table wasn’t very friendly. He looked to be always in a rush and looking frustrated when we had a question about the food. We split the bill and when it got to the last two people to pay, he was insisting that we were not paying enough 3 times, even though we were still overpaying the bill. When he finally decided to let us politely show him that we paid more than enough, he realized that he was wrong, so it kinda ruined the experience at the end as he was really challenging us. Part of the eating experience is customer service, so I’d appreciate a more friendly environment on top of the great and authentic food that is served at Indian Moment.

Wonderful range of dishes, and very freshly prepared. Generous amount of popadoms, and you can BYOB (£2.50 corkage). The waiters are brisk and efficient. Lovely place to go with friends - my photo of empty plates will let you know how much we enjoyed our visit!

Generous portions and tasty! The start platter was a bit lack lustre in terms of size v price (£9.95) but delicious You got 2 poppadoms with dips to start, dips were left on tables and it’s currently warm but seemed ok Main courses very generous portions and so nice! The palak aloo was beat I’ve had - would return just for that!!! Rice portions quite small so wouldn’t share, naans large and fresh Service was quick and good but I personally don’t like been asked constantly if my food is ok: once is enough, twice is acceptable but 4 times is too many Would like to come back to try more things Starter to share with Poppodums, 2 rice, 1 naan to share, 2 mains and one side was £30 each for reference

The food here was delicious. I have never been a big food of Indian Cuisine, but Indian Moment prepared me a fantastic meal. The flavor was phenomenal, far better than Indian food I've had in America. The service was really good, and the food came out rather quickly. The atmosphere was nice, and the decor was well done. I would definitely reccomend this place to my friends in family if they are ever in the Battersea area of London. I would eat here again if I had the chance and explore the menu.

Indian Moment provides something a little different from the generic and that’s a good thing. The food is fresh and tasty and the service is keen but not overly so - thumbs up for the Madras, which has a lovely citrusy zing. I’d like to see lime pickle served with poppadoms as standard but it’s a minor niggle. We all know Tooting is best for curry but for the Clapham novices this is an excellent introduction. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing lunch at Indian Moment. We hosted an event there and the staff was amazing with their kind hospitality. There provided us with a very prompt and relentless service. Both vegetarian and non vegetarian food was outstanding. It was a fun day. They accommodated us with all our requests. If you are looking to host a party, then this is restaurant to do it in. The interior was fantastic, fresh and clean. Overall, our family and friends had a great time..definitely will go back and host there again.

What a lovely place! From the get-go the staff were so friendly and attentive. We ordered a lovely starter and they were more than willing to accommodate our dislike of prawns. The curry we got was Chicken Tikka Masala and they were happy to make it spicier for us, and their garlic naan was lovely. Thank you guys for the lovely experience, we’ll be back!

Lovely and local Indian restaurant. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. Food is really good especially the starters and the vegetarian Currys. I'll definitely go back there, maybe midweek as it was too crowded on a Friday Eve.

My boyfriend and I traveled all the way from Canada and stumbled across this place. Once they knew how far we came from the whole staff became so excited and we received the best service and welcome. Amazing food, and amazing presentation!

I've ordered take away from here before and it was always prompt and delicious, but tonight was my first time dining in. The atmosphere and the staff were both wonderful, but the shining star here is definitely the food! By far the BEST Indian cuisine in the Clapham area! If you're feeling adventurous and can handle a bit of spice, I highly recommend the vindaloo. I will definitely be coming back and I plan to bring as many friends as possible!
