Aux Merveilleux De Fred - London - Photo album

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a French bakery and I have to say, it was an incredibly enjoyable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how cute and charming the place was. The interior was beautifully designed with a touch of Parisian elegance, making for a truly deli
Absolutely delicious pastries made fresh on the premises. Prices are aligned with location but in general good value. 4 stars since only a handful of tables available inside tucked in a corner. It would be nice to have a bigger space to enjoy the marvellous food and drinks here.
Love the chocolate cramique, especially when freshly baked and still warm. The texture is so light and fluffy, delicious! The meringue dessert (merveilleux) are also nice and light, even though I am not the biggest fan of meringues, I quite like these :)
Fantastic and authentic French style croissant! croissant is comparable to La Maison D'isabelle in Paris. Can't fault this place.
5* - truly best brioche I have ever tried and the girl that served me today was so sweet and friendly. Great coffee too and reasonable prices for such good quality. I’m very happy I walked past and will definitely come back 😌
The almond croissant was so yummy. The raisin and chocolate cramique were so delicious. We also found their prices more reasonable than other bakeries in the area. We went to Aux Merveilleux de Fred in St Pacras station to get the almond croissant, but we were told they did not bake in that branch,
Very warm and lovely service. One would feel very welcomed the moment you enter and being greeted happily! Thank you very much. Oh the pastries I must say are one of the best you could ever find in the area! - Do not some pastries might contain rum e.g Almond croissant. Do ask the friendly server in
You know a place is good when they have a limited and curated menu! The almond croissant was top tier - flaky, crispy but not dry - perfect almond taste and without the “eggy” flavour that a lot of croissants have. The chocolate cramique is lovely too. I will definitely come back for that croissant
This French bakery cannot be missed because the smell of brioches they make is so delicious! Their other speciality is les merveilleux, you can see them on the photo - equally delicious! Also, you can see the bakers at work, because the wall between the working area and the tea room is made of glass
Very nice atmosphere and staff. The meringue is very fresh although a little too sweet to my taste. Saw people queueing for the Christmas trunk cakes and when I returned in one hour the cakes were all gone!
It’s one of my favourite dessert cafe in France, really happy to find the branch in London. The staff is very nice and friendly, I love everything here, French decor!
My fav place ♥️ And Barbara and her team manage this place marvellously. Best cramique ever, and meringue and cappuccino… anything here is just great! Highly recommended
We got the tiny sandwiches from here after seeing them in the window the day prior and they were so nice. The perfect amount and not bad value. Made fresh with fresh ingredients.
The almond chocolate croissant was so yum. The brioche too. I also found their prices more reasonable than other bakeries in the area. I found the hazelnut merveilleux a bit too sweet for my tastes
A really nice chocolate cramique. Croissant is not my favourite one, but still a great place to grab a bite be4 visiting museums. Now I want to try their famous merveilleux.
Stopped after walking by and seeing the chocolate brioche bun. It was fantastic, light and airy.
I had meringues and chocolate brioche. Brioche was not bad but I would recommend the meringues more!! As always the basic (dark and white chocolate) is the best🖤🤍
