I was pleased with the service this evening at this Pizza Hut store. On placing my order, it was ready in 15 minutes.
I came to collect my order from the store, in which I had to wait for about 5 - 10 minutes. However, I was very pleased with the service provided by the Shift Manager/Main Manager. Who apologized for keeping me waiting, and even gave me a free bottle of drink as thank you for my patience. That to me is great customer service.
The pizzas I ordered were both good, and were a good portion size for a large pizza. Nothing to complain from my friends, family, nor myself.
For the sides, the only thing I would say is just increase the amount of wedges. As for feeding for four adults, a few more could have been added.
Grandson adamant he wanted Pizza Hut pizza so we walked in and ordered. Excellent counter service and pizza was ready in 10 minutes. Great tasting pizza. Will definitely purchase again.
I was so so pleased with with the service that was provided to my daughter and I this evening. I didnt get the young gentleman's name (I wish I had asked) he was so kind on the phone when my ap wasn't working and he delivered our pizza in person! My daughter suffered a nasty injury to her back and neck 2 days ago and this was her treat for being so brave, he didnt even know that at first but was so kind and helpful. It really made my daughter and I so happy so thank you so much, you are amazing and a credit to your company x
Went to Locks Heath Centre and ordered a vegetable pizza. Delicious its cheaper to pick it up than have it delivered. Suggest ring up order before pick up
Just had a pizza delivery, and cannot fault, the app was spot on and kept us informed of our order. The delivery driver Robert was friendly and helpful and a credit to the company, thank you.
About time this place delivered! Can't beat the taste of Pizza from this place. Only slight disappointment is its a little pricey. Could do with some more details to attract more custom i would imagine.

It's a pizza hut they had an offer so it was not to expensive for a lunch time pizza.

I used to think all pizza huts weren't very good but this one has been consistently very good, quick delivery and great pizza
