Had a great meal here, food was great and the waiting staff made us feel very welcome. The waiter we had was funny and was great at explaining the specials. He was extremely friendly and the food was lovely. I had tempura and fajitas which were great and the restaurant has great views.

The service was excellent so was the food everything was explained to us in detail and was delicious. Would recommend this to anyone. We traveled from Northumberland and it was well worth it. Went to nardinis in Largs and had such poor service that we left and returned here.

It's been several years since we were last at The Loch House, it's had a make over and is looking very tasteful and cosy inside, the outside has now been landscaped and improved dramatically with plenty of car parking space. The staff were attentive without being intrusive and the service was first class. There was a fair choice on the menu, both my wife and I enjoyed our meals enormously, portion sizes were generous and they were delicious. I can only describe the desserts as sublime, being the greedy beggar I also sampled my wife's too, it was lovely, absolutely marvellous. Another very pleasant surprise was how reasonable it all was, excellent value for money.

First time visiting since it was renovated and the place looks great. Large car park with plenty of spaces and fountains outside the entrance. Inside is sectioned off into areas with casual seating, booths and dining tables. I went for the the steak and sausage pie which was a excellent and a good portion and my wife had a cheese burger with fries which was also excellent. The drinks menu is extensive with lots of spirits and cocktails. They have a cake counter at the bar which was too tempting even though we were full from the meal so we got strawberry tarts to take away and they were sooo tasty. Highly recommended!

Lovely place but could do with some nicer staff. We have been told few times we need to be quick with the order as kitchen is closing in 20 minutes. Which is fine but it'd be nice if we would not be rushed every 3 minutes.

Absolutely beautiful restaurant. Visited today for lunch, had baked potato with prawn which was delicious. The kids meals were great, especially their Oreo Milkshakes. We will definitely be back coffee and cake 🍰

Beautiful location with reasonably priced meals. I had steak pie which was lovely. My partner had the cheese can beef burger which was disappointing as the cheese sauce smothered the burger which took away from the rest of the flavour. Service was only ok - it was difficult to catch someone's eye at times and there were multiple occasions where servers dropped glasses or plates near to tables. I appreciate it gets busy on a Sunday afternoon and there were clearly a lot of customers enjoying their experience, but there could have been more attention paid to tables.

Lovely restaurant, very clean and welcoming. They have a fantastic gluten free menu with an abundance of great meals to choose from. The staff were lovely and very helpful, especially Robert who was a delight. Thank you for a lovely afternoon.

My first time here. Food was lovely, although I did wait a while. The decor was nice and the place looked clean. A bottle of prosseco was only pennies short of Β£35, a little pricey. Overall I would recommend going for the meal, but perhaps not on a weekend.

My mother and I love visiting the boat yard. I'm Coeliac and there are so many fabulous gluten free options. We usually stop by for breakfast. Staff are incredible; very kind and always happy to chat.

I've only visited this restaurant for the first time this week.. My whole experience was fantastic. We were welcomed with a smile and shown to our table.. The waiter checked if we had any gluten issues or allergys, he took our drinks order gave us the specials, then left us to look at the selection. There really was something for everyone. Our order was taken but not before he checked again for allergys. We both ordered soup and a baked potato. I had the tomato and roasted red pepper soup and it was absolutely delicious, one of the nicest soups I've tasted. Our baked potatoes were huge, could not even finish half of it. The surroundings of the restaurant were spotless clean and very relaxed. We took coffee on the terrace, it was really nice had a very holiday feel to it. The view was stunning. I'd highly recommend this restaurant and so very look forward to my next visit 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5 stars from me
