Welcomed and seated immediately without booking, we were off to a good start. Food order was taken promptly and we both went for the Nashville chicken skewers starter. Very well cooked and seasoned, they had a bit of a spicy kick, which enhanced the flavour.
For mains, I went for a bacon cheeseburger, with double burger and bacon, monetary jack and salad with fries. It was excellent, nicely cooked and presented. My wife had a medium rare Seared Steakhouse 7oz rump steak sliced over mixed salad,
radish, pumpkin seeds, basil and fresh mint,
with a chilli dressing. It looked fab, was medium rare and she said it was excellent, with all the flavours coming through. Have to admit although enjoying mine, I was questioning my selection as it looked so good.
Drinks wise we just went for draught diet Pepsi 's which had plenty of flavour/syrup not to much ice and slices of Lime.
We were both really impressed by the service from Sam our waiter, who made sure everything was spot on. Easy to give 5🌟as it's the best F&B's we've had and very good value.
In this restaurant everyone can feel special! Delicious food ,lovely staff and good prices! I loved that place for the first time! 5/5
Excellent evening spent here for my partners birthday! I asked if he could have the 'birthday treatmebt' with his dessert. It was no trouble at all the waitress put a candle on his cake and played the birthday song much to my partners embarassment! (all part of my plan) Haha! But we loved it! excellent team and fab service!
I've visited this place a number of times and each visit is consistent. Food quality is great, portion sizes are decent ESPECIALLY the hotdogs. Ground floor access with no steps great for disabled access. Occasionally have to wait but that's expected at peak times. Prices are reasonable if not a tad high considering the length of time you wait between ordering food and receiving it. Staff always friendly and attentive. Kids love the food and they get little activities while they wait. Unfortunately I have waited between 30-70 minutes for food which to a child in a warm and full restaurant is more like a week. Parking is good but little awkward around weekends and later evening due to being shared with other businesses. Cleanliness has been an issue a few times but asking staff they are always happy to rectify it.

After a short wait my wife and I were escorted to our table where after a few minutes our drinks were delivered and meal order noted. The food arrived within 10 minutes on hot plates (I hate cold or cool plates). The food was piping hot a tasty. The music is most certainly aimed at people of our ages (68/ 65) which suited us. Good food, good prices and pleasant surroundings.
Had a lovely little lunch here. Food was good, could have been a little hotter, but our server Chloe was lovely, especially since it was a little busy! Very attentive. Good value too.
family group visited - six of us on monday dinner. Our table server Marzena was absolutely professional, not too much perfectly served us. We used two for one deal and asked her a few questions. She perfectly answered all questions. food was good, though, were not worth it with original price in my personal view.
If I was rating my visit purely based on the staff I would give this branch of Frankie & Benny's 5 stars. We were served by the lovely Sam who was friendly and attentive. There was another staff member who I need to mention although unfortunately I didn't get his name, but shout out to guy who made us almost die laughing!
The food was fine apart from the fries. Frankie & Benny's need to change their supplier for their fries because I would rather eat McDonald's fries. They taste like plastic and the last few times that I have been to a F&B's the fries have been cold by the time they have reached our table.
More of a 3.5 than a four star. Our order got lost so we became rather 'hangry'. Other than that we had a great meal! Staff were very friendly and apologetic about the mix up so I would go back. Only other thought is perhaps wipe down the tables a and menus a bit! Otherwise a great place! Definitely roxomend it! Great vegetarian options and some vegan too 👍
