Went for lunch one Saturday and for the price the menu is really good and the food tastes amazing, staff are also really helpful would definitely recommend.
Very happy with the lunch time menu and prices. Mother can be quoted in saying her jacket potato and coleslaw was the best thing she's ever eaten and she's one fussy person. Top work, will have to come back to sample the evening menu.

Had my 50th Birthday Meal there at the end of August and although there were a couple of hic-cups the Staff were very professional in sorting it out. The food was lovely and the atmosphere was great too. Would highly recommend.

It was a busy Saturday night and we hadn't made a reservation but they were happy to make space for us.
We got two sharing platters and ohhhhhhh my, the calamari is hands down the best I've ever eaten in the UK.
Staff were lush and happy to help.
Atmosphere is really old school and comforting but somehow feels modern. Really relaxing space.

Excellent food at a great prices. Lovely helpful friendly staff service was a little slow but that may have been because of a large birthday party. Lovely clean restaurant in an old pub. Well done to all the staff.
Lovely food, brought out all at same time, for 5 people. Two drinks forgotten about but they soon rectified it. On the whole a really nicely laid out pub/restaurant and a happy time had by the 5 of us !
Literally just been for Sunday lunch. Let’s start with the positive, food was lovely from starters to mains, to dessert. Not so good, not much meat which we can live with because the food overall was lovely. However, the service was shocking. Not very attentive, very slow service and food was missing from our order. We pre ordered one dessert as it is my dad’s favourite and they were running out of a lot of options, when it came for the desserts to come out, we all had ours except my dad. We asked if they had forgotten and the young waiter replied casually yes we have??. No one came over to apologise or explain. When they did bring it the young girl did say sorry about the wait but that was it. Unfortunately this made the experience one that we won’t be returning for again. I have given it a 4 star simply because of the food and hopefully staff can improve and not leave food on the floor etc

First Sunday lunch here! It was faultless! The service was efficient and the presentation and choice was excellent. An amazing choice of desserts too! An ice cold bottle of Pino Grigio blush washed it all down perfectly! Very good value for money. Highly recommend.

Went lunchtime and it was a great dining experience. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. Bit of a smaller portion than expected for the price of the dish but it was very very nice.
