Great 'Bucks. Out of my usual area but visited a couple of times recently and found it to be clean and tidy, with friendly staff, and plenty of comfortable seating. Situated essentially in the car park (like so many similar places) for Smyths toy superstore and a gymnasium (why would I even look at the name of that, lol, I'm in for cake!) it's a conveniently placed rest stop.
There's a drive-thru for those in more of a hurry, and some outside seating for those wanting to be seen near a gym.
Upon my arrival I was greater with a warm welcoming feeling with Charlotte while I was working on site they were all very helpful and couldn't be a better environment to be in plus the coffee was great such a pleasure I hope to see you all again. Definitely a 5/5 at this establishment. 🤗☕️☕️☕️
One star as I didn't have a food. Atmosphere could be little happier with a cheerful music. Service people looked tired.
I visit this store on a regular basis, and I must say I'm always welcomed with great service and outstanding coffee and food. As a regular the guys working there always sway me to try new flavours all the time. I need to mention Taylor, Phoebe, soffi, Mary and also Steven, for their great customer service. They are always happy to help. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my coffee. Great team work and a pleasure to visit.

Fantastic customer service as always again today! The assistant store manager Taylor is always pleasant and respectful to all customers! Always welcoming and friendly from all staff. I have been going to this store since it opened and have never had a problem there!
I don’t think people should bd leaving 1 star reviews with no write up just because you are family/friends to somehow clearly has wrote a bad review. Google should do better with this sort of thing!
Staff polite and smile when serving. One particular staff member Lallene is always polite. In the past where orders have been wrong (everybody's human and makes mistakes at the end of the day) they’ve always apologised and instantly rectified the problem.

Lovely coffee shop, good sized mugs. Staff polite. Could do with tables being cleaned between customers, but overall good
The staff here are phenomenal. the customer service here is out of this world and the biggest reason why I will not even entertain the idea of going elsewhere. I work locally and on every visit I have been met with the most genuinely nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. My orders are always given super fast and always right.
