Really tasty food with great portions at a great value price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Outside seating area had sunny tables and shady tables. You don't have to be resident to use the restaurant.
Food was lovely and plenty of it. Desserts were good to, just a shame the service let it down.
We were a table of 12 and they stuck us in a cold room that was still dirty from the night before however thankfully they moved us as soon as we mentioned we weren't happy with this.
Recently attended a wedding function at The Barn and it was absolutely amazing. Great function room very smartly set up! Food was superb (not pub grub they do have a very extensive menu for special occassions). Staff were absolutely fantastic. Plenty of room outside to enjoy. I would highly recommend The Barn at Llanrhystud.

Food excellent, served nice and hot with plenty of veg . The staff and bar staff were lovely and nothing was to much trouble for them. We will certainly be booking again when we are on our travels . Great value for money and if you are still hungry they have a great selection of puddings 😋.
The barn was recommended in holiday cottage visitor book, it definitely didn't disappoint, absolutely beautiful food, big portions for what you pay, service was impeccable, we were served by a lovely young Asian woman who always had a smile for us
Hopefully if we're back in the area on holiday we will be visiting again.
Definitely a gem in mid Wales
An immaculately kept restaurant and bar. Friendly service and great selection of beverages and ales / lagers. 2nd visit to the local caravan site and always come here for a few drinks. It doesn't open until 3pm in the week but worth the wait, especially on a hot day. Oh, and they even sell icecreams for the kids.
Had Sunday lunch yummy yummy will be back for sure.

Friendly staff, great food, family orientated, kids play park outside, smoking areas and outside seating. Clean toilets and small games room, pool table and a variety of drinks on offer.
