Lovely old fashioned pub 1st visit and won’t be the last. Lovely pub for all the family food lovely and large portions.
Popped in on our journey home for a Sunday lunch and was not disappointed, it was a brilliant Sunday roast, staff were friendly, place was cosy and clean. Didn’t have room for dessert but would stop there again.
Absolutely delicious food, very welcoming and accommodating. Would recommend it, and hoping to visit again very soon for another delicious meal!

A little more pricey than the average roast this was delicious. Had roast beef but Yorkshire was forgotten. When they did turn up totally worth it!..hospitality was very good on an exceptionally busy Sunday!! Would recommend
Never been the the white heart but glad we did this evening. Just a quick visit for snack and drink. Chips were beautiful, lovely atmosphere and welcome. Will defo pop back when passing again 😀

Easter Sunday Lunch. Yummy. Delicious chicken pate with onion relish to start. Followed by a great Sunday roast . Topped off with Cheesecake 😀. Very friendly helpful staff 👌
