Apologies no photos of the tavern. Just returned from a visit to my home town Llangollen. My first (and then second) visit to the ‘relatively new’ Liberty Tavern in Market Street. First visit, a private function. Very tasty tapas and good choice of beers. Second visit (Tuesday) QUIZ NIGHT. Great f
Great choice of ales at this wine bar / pub. Four real ales on tap, from local breweries - pale, bitter, porter, hazy pale. All on good form. Nice decor and artworks displayed.
The food in this restaurant is second to none...had a breakfast while driving through....Best breakfast I have ever had ...I have been to Scotland to Lands End and none beat this restaurant ++++++
Fantastic little place for food and drink, Alcoholic and hot drinks. Carrot cake was to die for and jug of fresh pouring cream made it perfect. Need to come back later to sample the cask ales and tapas
Visited Liberty Wine bar on a visit to Llangollen. The Wine is fantastic & great you can buy a good bottle of wine to take away at a reasonable price. The tapas is delicious. Dog friendly, our boys Woody& Kip enjoyed their biscuits! Found ourselves making a 2nd visit the next day! Will definitely
Wow...absolute hidden gem with free parking after 5pm too!! Amazing food, nice atmosphere 👌 👍 even the kids enjoyed their tapas! I never give reviews so this one is really special...
Good place for a relaxed and pleasant drink without the noise and hustle of a pub. Good range of drinks and a nice food menu with a surprisingly large range of options. Decor is comfortable and staff have always been friendly and welcoming.
Tasty tapas style dishes as well as sandwiches etc. Good choice of beers and wine. Very friendly staff and good value. Free parking on the street for an hour if you can find a space, otherwise short and long stay parking nearby.
Went in thinking we would just get a quick coffee but actually had some of the small plates to share. Brilliant food and lovely, friendly efficient service. Definitely go there again. Just wish they were also in Chester where I live.
Very friendly and welcoming. Our first visit for wine and tapas resulted in us returning for a quiz night the following day.
The staff are super friendly and honest with their opinions. Lovely selection of wines and the food was delicious at a reasonable price. Locally sourced vegan pate was a must
