A gem in Llangollen - this pub has a beautiful atmosphere inside and on the outside terrace! We especially loved seeing the original well in the reception. We had some delicious food with local ingredients and a great hostess 😊 The outdoor terrace had live music over the weekend and the selection of drinks were great! Cannot wait to come back for another "Fab" cocktail 🧉

We were recommended The Three Eagles by another local shop owner which is always a good sign! This place has won awards for its food and it's clear why. The place is good both for a quick drink (which we had earlier in the day in the large garden area) or a sit down meal...and is vast spread out across 3 floors. Good local menu with Welsh Burger and Lamb to sample. We had White Bait and Bang Bang Cauliflower to start followed by the Falafel and Welsh Lamb. All well cooked and full of flavour. Alioli with the lamb was to die for. There was for me an overly long gap between the starter and main.l, hence the four stars but the quality of the food itself is worth the full 5. So if you are in Llangollen, do check this place out.

Lovely clean place, staff friendly and very attentive. Food was ample and absolutely delicious we had 2x Sunday lunch 1 beef and 1beef and pork, the meat was cooked to perfection, all the accompaniments were beautiful. We also had a beefburger off the children's menu which was very tasty and a good sized portion. We decided as lunch was so nice we would indulge in pudding and we weren't disappointed with the knickerbocker glory and the child's brownie. Definitely recommend, thank you for a lovely start to our day out in llangollen.

I stopped here on the way back from Snowdonia and I’m so glad. The food was great and there was even a discount for dining on Sundays.

Lovely place. The young gentleman behind the bar is always welcoming and friendly, the dog is ALWAYS offered a bowl of water. We live locally and its a lovely spot to go for a drink. It may not be as picturesque as the competition but I've always got a seat and always been looked after. Made to feel welcome. Beer is good, their own beer is nice, my wife enjoys her drinks (Gins)

This was an unexpected stop off in by Llangollen for a spot of food on our way to the Faraway Follies🍽️🍺😋 and in all fairness was our second choice of venue as didn't realise it was best to pre book. We were provided with a booking at very short notice and upon arrival promptly shown to our table. Our coats were hung up with water being delivered to our table. The service was good, all were polite and friendly and our food order flowed quickly from start to finish. I personally enjoyed listening to the mix up of 70s soft rock music playing in the background (reminiscing on my childhood years of my patents music era) aswell as the more modern genres. The food tasted so good that I didn't want to pour my gravy onto my plate and miss out on all the flavours and oh my we definately had no regrets in choosing the 'Knickerbocker Glory' and were so glad that we had one each and not sharing as it was so mouth watering with all the fruit & creamy flavours that we just couldn't stop the spoonfuls flowing until it was all gone. Inside the building it had a glass screened well and seperate glass screen cellar. Toilets and the whole of the building was airy and very clean. Staff were casually and smartly dressed and was great to see the kitchen staff in the open kitchen. We highly recommend you try out the Three Eagles when you call in by Llangollen as this is now our first choice for the next time we stop in by this lovely & lively little Welsh town :-)

Tasty food, beautiful interior. Portions seemed a bit small for the price, but the quality of the food and the taste was excellent. Staff seemed to be dressed like sailors which made no sense.

Found the whole meal to be surprisingly excellent. Service was quick and prices reasonable. We thought it would be good, but not that good. Lamb burger was nice, but the pastry on the pie was particularly good.

Fabulous place with the best staff & a great menu. We arrived during Happy Hour, so we got 20% off our bottle of wine. I can’t praise the staff enough. Every one was friendly & attentive. We came with our dog and we were made to feel really welcome. We were told they served chicken feet 😬 which our dog scoffed down. Overall I would highly recommend The Three Eagles. Probably the best pub in Llangollen. We will be back!

Booked a table last minute for 13 people. The three eagles was very accommodating and got us all a table together. The menu is more limited than previous but only means better quality food. Delicious all round with a great happy hour deal and free meals for children. Would highly recommend! 🌟

Loved this venue and the menu. The black sheep burger was delicious and the JFC was mouth wateringly good. The venue was really clean, very welcoming. Allergies were checked for before sitting down. Loved the fact that the menu wasn't just "normal pub grub" and that there was a nice twist on the offering. Everyone was welcomed warmly. Good area for dogs to sit and we observed that the dogs were automatically offered a clean bowl of water at the same as their humans were offered drinks. Nice touch. All in all can't wait to come back and try other things off the menu 🥰🥰

Had burger with fries. Which was OK. Dad had fish and chips. He said the fish had too much batter on it. And 2 other people had 1 piece of sea bass on the main meal. You normally get 2. It was nice though. Staff were friendly. And a lovely place.

Dog friendly pub with polite staff. We stopped in for a Sunday roast and had a great table by the fire. Food was good and cooked well, nice change to have vegetables that weren't the standard peas and carrots. The crumble was huge, but the apple was a little bland and the overall dish was very sweet. One of the best places to eat in Llangollen and reasonably priced.
