Fantastic Neapolitan style pizzas with a variety of different toppings. Great atmosphere to dine in, and in the summer the covered terrace has a cool ambience. Excellent selection of local beers. The guys at Popty really are down to Earth and friendly. Support local businesses and you won't regret it.
First time at Popty Pizza and we all loved it. Fantastic pizza, great service and friendly ambience. I had the Ring Of Fire pizza which was very good.
Need to aware y’all that I’m typing it in a middle of a food coma. What a little gem. Everything was brilliant, service, food and ambience. I had the garlic prawns to start, and me and hubby both had the classic margherittas, they were simply to die for.
We will be back! Thank you so much
Today, me and a friend decided to visit the new 'Popty Pizza' Restaurant here in Llangefni, Anglesey. Overall, it was a really nice experience, with delicious pizzas and very helpful and friendly staff. We also liked the overall decor, music being played and the ambience of this restaurant. For my main meal I ordered a lovely tasting: Classic Margherita Pizza (£8.50), and my friend ordered the Ring of Fire Pizza (£11.50). We drank a Pepsi Cola and an Orange Juice too. I was delighted with and would highly recommend the Classic Margherita Pizza, with its very tasty cheese and tomato combination! :) So don't miss out! Why not give Popty Pizza a try? We will be going back for sure. Thank-you. :)
Absolutely fabulous restaurant, amazing thin crust pizza with the freshest ingredients and flavours that leave you wanting more. The goats cheese with sweet peppers and rocket was out of this world. Terrific menu choice and craft beers all topped off with friendly, attentive and efficient staff, what more could you want? Can’t wait to go back to work my way through the the rest of the menu, spoilt for choice. Thoroughly recommended!
Me and my wife were having a weekend break and popped in as my wife is gluten intolerant and they didn't fail to disappoint. We had 2 courses, bottle of wine and a soft drink. Absolutely loved it and the table next to us children were making their own pizza. We will be returning in November for this experience. Chilled, friendly atmosphere. Glyn, Connah's Quay
Have to admit on the drive up to Popty we thought we'd arrived at the wrong place!
It isn't much to look at from the outside but don't let that fool you, the pizza's on the inside are well worth it!
As a coeliac I booked a table here knowing that they catered for my dietary restrictions, the rest of our party had what looked like (and they confirmed) were excellent wood fire pizzas.
My GF option came on a separate base but was delicious nonetheless.
Value for money too.
Would like to have seen more dessert options especially for little ones but for pizza alone, Popty's is well worth a visit.
Tasty pizzas at a friendly and informal restaurant. Friendly staff and we were made to feel very welcome. The garlic bread was excellent, but the tomato puree on the pizzas had made the bases go a little soggy so the toppings slid off if we picked up a slice (solved by use of cutlery.). That said, I'd happily go back if we're in the vicinity in the future.
Family of four adults, three dogs, and two six year olds made totally welcome by the smiley staff, good background music, not invasive, pleasant views clean spacious loos, and O.M.G. the best pizza ever, Naples style 72 hour dough pizza, baked in a wood fired oven, amazing food. Reasonable pricss. Get here!
We've become regulars here now and it's easy to understand why.
The food is great, the staff are friendly and helpful, and it has a cozy atmosphere that's hard to find. A slow walk up from the carpark when the wild garlic is growing on a peaceful evening is probably one of my favourite things these days.
Pizzas are cooked to order in the hybrid oven - it burns wood and gas. While you wait there's great selection of local drinks to choose from.
