Just got back from a weekend here, set in a lovely quiet area, in well looked after grounds. It’s under some renovation, but the house and hotel as some lovely history. The staff were very kind, helpful , and looked after us. The new chef made the most spectacular Indian food, with a very large port
Good spa hotel, undergoing a refurbishment and some parts do seem dated. Restaurant was closed on my visit but food served at bar area which was very good. Hotel had Pool room, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, gym and gardens. Rooms could do with spa menu/times withing an information pack
This was a surprise stay from our children for our 40th Anniversary. All staff were very helpful, no matter what we needed, the staff went out of their way to provide or help with. The Indian food was delicious, the breakfast was hot and tasty. The Spa was lovely. The body massage treatment by Ria,
It was a lovely spot for weekend get away. Facilities were very nice we enjoyed pool, steam room and thermal suite. Many thanks to the lady who works by the pool side, we really enjoyed little chat and hospitality. Breakfast was quite nice and with good options. The coffee was not very good though.
Sharon on reception was fantastic with our many questions. Nice hotel, bit dated but nice 👌🏼
Booked myself and my partner in for a full spa day. Tom (i might be mistaken) the masseuse honestly has magic hands. I haven't been that relaxed in a long time! The pool and spa facilities were clean and modern. All of the staff were polite and the afternoon tea was lovely. Thank You for having us,
Lovely weekend at Tre-Ysgawen Hall. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Spa is great, warm, relaxing and a nice size pool. Thermal, sauna and jacuzzi are excellent! Room was good too. Spacious, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was excellent too. The hotel informed us of difficulties wi
We just stayed at this hidden gem. I felt sad seeing what obviously was an amazing hotel that was thriving pre covid, become so very quiet. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The room was slightly dated but it’s what you expect for an older hotel with charm. Excellent sized space with a large
We camped nearby and came everyday for a week to use the Spa. It's absolutely fantastic. Big pool that you can swim in properly and excellent steam and sauna room. Highly recommend. Staff are fantastic and for a real luxury experience it's amazing value for money...!
If yu want privacy and a peaceful Spa experience this place is the best of the best . I have been a member for many years and swim regularly in the beautiful swimming pool with the sauna and steam room and jacuzzi. Very clean and cosy . Helpful staff . Lovely Clock Tower bistro for coffee after a
Wonderful and very peaceful one night stay at this beautiful hotel and Spa. One of the cleanest swimming pool & spas I've ever visited. While hotel only partly open, staff were very friendly and helpful. Great bar area and lovely breakfast. Will definitely recommend and return.
Hard to fault this place. Excellent service from everyone encountered bar none. This place has real character even though we appeared to be on the more modern side where everything was on the ground floor (even if it was quite easy at times to become disorientated!). Rooms clean, comfortable and wel
We really enjoyed our stay. Very friendly stuff, big rooms and absolutely lovely spa aria. Hopefully we will be back.
Very enjoyable stay. Good food and wine. Weather was abysmal, we enjoyed the fish courses, although I suspect the steak and lamb was also excellent - from the comments of the other diners. The weather was dreadful, but that wasn't the hotel's fault. Would definitely stay there again.
Lovely hotel and grounds - don't expect 'city style' modern cuisine, immaculate presentation or savoy-style service - this is a most charming independent country house hotel with original features, woodland grounds and friendly local staff located in a beautiful rural area, and that was enough for m
