The Brondanw Arms - Llanfrothen - Photo album

Lovely location. Narrow road with characteristic slate walls. We had our meal in the garden next to the children's fenced off play area. Ate under a tree as the sun was very strong. The inside of the pub has character and the staff were very friendly.
Cosy country pub inside with open fires for a cold night after a long walk, didn't try the food but it smelt & looked wonderful. The views from the huge beer garden are amazing!! Definitely worth a visit just to see that!! Good selection of beers too!!!
Absolutely loved the drive to and from this place, and once we got there we were not disappointed! What a fantastic beer garden. Shutting dining a cold one with the sheep grazing in the background. Nice little kids playground there too. Staff very nice and friendly.
Wood panelling, original beams, burner, farm tools and old photos afford this pub a warm, homely feel. Perfect for those colder days. Only 2 Robinson's ales on cask, but in good condition. There's a picturesque beer garden out back overlooking a cow pen, with a children's play area and large car par
There is a sign outside claiming 'quality food'. Absolutely right. I've googled the place as there aren't many options in the area and it was perfect. Definitely highly recommended.
We stayed overnight in the campervan it was very peaceful and got some great views. Toilets could have been a little bit better, the seat was broken and no lights in there, but it was useable with an head torch and the price was more than reasonable. Never got to use the facilities of the pub so ca
After climbing up Snowdon we were looking for a pub for dinner and a few pints, and we ended up camping in their garden too, so it was everything we needed at the end of a tiresome day.
On a sunny afternoon you can’t beat the beer garden out the back. Great views of the mountains towards Beddgelert and somewhere to keep the kids busy!
5 of us arrived after a day climbing for a drink and a meal. We could not have been made more welcome or had lovelier service. Would definitely go back, big shout out to Chloe who was fab!
Great pub, lots of character, friendly bar staff and locals. Big beer garden too. Had a great overnight here. Recommend the lamb shank. The chef kindly subbed the veg for chips and peas too. Will definitely call again👍 **update Oct 22** unfortunately closed /closing due to unsustainable energy price
Loved our visit here - dog friendly, good honest, fresh cooked food and a decent pint of bitter. All in all a proper country pub where the staff make you feel welcome from the moment you step inside
Great service from staff and good beer. Quiet overnight stop. No running water in sinks for the outside tap. And a very drunk patron ruined the first hour with his constant swearing, shame he wasn't asked to leave.
A group of us((7) had carvery on their fist sunday. Absolutely great experience all meats and veg cooked perfectly and presented well. Nice cosy place, would recommend.👍
Lovely pub and lovely lady running it. £7.50 to stay in the car park overnight in our motorhome. Very quiet, about 5 vans altogether. Very steep and narrow road but still made it up in our 3850kg 7.3m moho. Outside toilets didn't have power so pitch black and really could do with a clean but opened
Really nice food and lovely staff, contrary to it saying online that it's closed Mondays we were please to find that it is currently open Mondays during the summer. Well worth a stop off would recommend the signature burger!
Lovely pub friendly and cosy. Watched the 6 nations with the rest of the village, a really fun afternoon. Excellent ale
