Don't forget to take cash! You can get some from the Coop up the road. Great local cafe with a traditional menu, decent prices, and good sized portions. Quiet atmosphere. Staff are lovely and the place is so clean and tidy. Right across the street from the woollen mill cafe and yet so much better and more welcoming. 2 meals for £12 deal on when we were there which was great value. Seating outside at the back would be lovely on a nice day.

Chanced upon this lovely cafe after taking photos at the train station with the longest name in Wales. Such warm service, with hearty food and drinks. We truly enjoyed our visit!

We received a warm welcome from this lovely cafe. The place was cosy and traditional. The food was tasty- good value for what you got. Great chat with the lady owner who, on request, said the name of the town for us. Chris's effort to say the name was sound, to be fair.

What a lovely little cafe! Lovely friendly staff who keep the place spotlessly clean. Fresh food, well presented and great little meal deals such as soup and toasties or tea and scones. Delicious! Would definitely visit again if I’m in the area.
