All credit to this pub we arrived after a long walk in need of refreshments & in particular a good pint of a cask ale. One member of staff working on her own!
She had to change the barrel of Abbot Ale, she knew we were on a tight schedule to catch a train, plenty of customers all having to be served at their tables & completed with a smile!
Excellent service & go and check out as other places nearby are no more, these businesses need custom!
When we pulled up in the carpark we were greeted by a very friendly waitress she offered us a table inside or out. Food was no longer available due to covid but we were welcome to get a takeaway from around the corner and eat it in the pub we had about 5 or 6 rounds of drinks and chatting with the waitress she told us about local things to see and good places to get breakfast

This was second time for carvery Sunday Dinner. It was absolutely lovely. Lovely meats and lovely fresh veg. Lovely ambience and Sticky Toffee pudding to die for. Will definitely be going again soon
Good beer and wine friendly and helpful landlady. They had indoor and outdoor seating with cover. They even allowed us to get food delivered as their kitchen wasn’t open at the time.
A friendly, homely local pub that has a warm, traditional atmosphere and seems very popular with the locals. They offer meals on five days a week, (not Mondays or Tuesdays), both in the bar and a restaurant. The Sunday carvery is superb and excellent value for money. There is a limited choice of draught beers, but their quality is first class. Accomodation is clean and comfortable.
Awesome pub with wonderful staff and regulars. Visited for a week and felt right at home here. Thank you guys for making our stay great. All the best from Chris and the Perry clan.
Had a great Sunday roast with a group of friends after a day's hill walking, it was proper home-cooked, great value and went down a treat. Will definitely be back again. Friendly staff too.
Lovely little local bar staff are so friendly and took the time to engage with us instead of ignoring the tourist and chatting to the locals. Wanted to try the food but unfortunately the days we visited food was not being served! Deffo planning on going back
Great friendly local pub with good beers that serves good food at a reasonable price. Also has well priced accommodation that comes with breakfast at request.

Just celebrated my birthday here as a family of 16 with a lovely help yourself carvery really YUMMY especially the lamb , cauli cheese and leeks in cream sauce the kids all enjoyed a pud and great choice of GINS/ALES for the adults too 😉😉😉 thank you to all the friendly staff HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Popped in for a drink and something quick to eat after a walk on a Sunday, all good but the kids wanted a bowl of chips and was told they only serve a carvery on a Sunday.
Friendly staff, good selection of gins, always a good guest ale. The roast dinner is great value for money too.
New owner. Please support. As good as before, but everyone working hard. . Would be a disaster for Llanfairfechan if this pub closes. Please use it or lose it. I don't even live here yet but will do soon. Hope to be a part of the community, to which the pub is central . Let's all support it. Pete.

My grandchildren love the carvery here, the food is all freshly cooked, veg not frozen and staff so friendly. Never disappoints 😃🥂
