Stunning place. We stopped here on the way home from Aberystwyth without a booking, and we’re very fortunate they could fit us in. The place is so relaxed. The staff are fantastic, their service was second to none I would say (and we’ve dined in some amazing places). Great selection of wines, and the food - just WOW. I had cod with lentils - it was the nicest fish I have ever had in a restaurant. My husband had sirloin steak with mash and mushrooms - stunning. To top it all off the views are amazing. A must. We will be going back and have recommended it to our friends! Thank you guys for a beautiful meal.
Blown away by the setting, we were made to feel welcome from the off by the friendly waitress. Minimalistic interior white walls and wooden beams but didn't feel cold, excellent menu with food for all tastes, plumped for the sirloin and we weren't disappointed pink and perfect, would thoroughly recommend Bwyty Mawddach but call first to avoid disappointment.
Bwyty Mawddach is one of my favourite places on the planet. There is no view to beat it in the world, especially with a little snow on Cader.
The food is always wonderful, innovative enough but still comforting and extremely well executed. Love it. If you visit north Wales it is a must.

My sister in law and brother in law chose this location for their wedding reception on the 6th of August 2016 - and it was absolutely perfect!! The location is simply stunning - the restaurant and terrace all look over Cader Idris and the surrounding area and in the sunshine of the day, it jst blew us all away. You just can't help but be drawn to it.
From the moment we all arrived, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They were friendly and helpful but not intrusive at all. They had arranged the two floors beautifully - we all enjoyed a glass of fizz downstairs and out on the terrace and then headed upstairs to eat the wedding breakfast. The food was amazing - I am still dreaming of the potato dauphinoise and chicken breast!!! To produce such a high standard of food for so many of us all at the same time was very impressive!! The chocolate dessert has been talked about a lot since too!! The bacon and sausage rolls later on were equally as delicious!
We spent most of the day there - arriving about mid day and leaving just before midnight and throughly enjoyed our time! So much so, we have asked Lou and Geoff to make it an annual thing!!
Cannot praise the venue, the manager, the chefs and all the staff highly enough - you all helped make a wonderful family celebration absolutely perfect! Thank you!

Amazing view with an amazing pizza. Thankful to get this experience in Wales and fall in love with a pizza flavor that I didn’t try before: Tartufo! If you love garlic and mushrooms, totally go for it!
I recommend booking it in advance as you can have the unfortunate surprise that they are closed for walk-in and take away!
Beautiful place withngreat views and excellent food. My only negative is that the drinks prices are a little on the high side. Other than that the place is amazing.
Pizza with a view! Absolutely loved this place, and after visiting a campsite round the corner, around 6 times since last year I can not belive I haven't been before! Wr visited at 5.15pm, after calling at 4pm to ask if they had a table. I was told we would be seated downstairs rather than upstairs where the view was apparently a lot better, this didn't bother me as I had read the reviews and just wanted to try. After receiving our drinks and a small starter a lovely gentleman came over and explained he now has a table free upstairs if we would like to move, without hesitation we set off to the BEAUTIFUL seating area on the 1st floor. The views were insane, pizza was thr best I have ever eaten before and we all thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, the staff are all so helpful and friendly we couldn't have asked for more. Can not wait to return!! Highly reccomend!
Beautiful setting and great pizza. Unfortunately the service was poor. We ordered a starter that didn't arrive then the main came without cutlery and once again waited so long i had to go inside and collect it myself after asking one of waitress. I'd still recommend this restaurant but don't expect good service from the young staff.

Been meaning to try this place for so long and finally got to last night! Fantastic location with stunning views. Friendly service and great atmosphere. We sat downstairs as we had our dog, so glad they allow dogs. Restaurant not as nice as upstairs but I imagine when it's busy you'd never notice. Views out the window were amazing. Small choice of beer and wine but all good stuff. Limited menu of just pizzas and a few starter nibbles but that's what you go there for. Amazing pizzas, good choices, plus some specials too. The salted Caramel mascarpone desert was incredible. Would ve nice to see a simple affogato on the menu though. We will be back and will be bringing more with us next time!
Absolutely obsessed with this pizza ! It’s so so good ! We have been a couple of times and it’s been brilliant every time! Once I leave I always wish I’d ordered another to take home ! So many delicious toppings, the salads are delicious and good choice of drinks too. The service is so great and friendly as well and it’s in such an idyllic place - beautiful barn conversion with a stunning view of Cadair Idris - highly recommend.
Lovely setting with amazing views. Everyone was very friendly. We sat outside and enjoyed the views but it looked like fun inside. We ordered starters and pizzas all were very good. Booked up in advance so make sure you get in early. Finally the toilets are also outstanding. Just the best toilets I've been in for several years.

The Best Pizza I've ever had, along with the breathtaking view, just a fantastic pizzeria. Friendly, helpful and professional staff, lovely dining area, took our dog along no probs, lots of options and plenty of choice of drinks too. Very fast service, food was delicious, cooked beautifully and piping hot. Frankly perfect in every way, 6/5 they were really nice to my doggo
