Very nice location, decorated and maintained nicely with friendly competent staff.
Plenty of both internal and external seating areas, outside being dog friendly.
There is also a drive through service which appears to have its own staff.
I used the click and serve function to the car, ordered five minutes earliest. When I clicked the "I'm here" but, my coffee was outside in less than 30 seconds. Just a coffee. Costa standard.
Very nice place to relax staff are very nice and very help out standing place to relax and to have friends with you to chat or even meet up well done to the staff team for all there hard work many thanks for your help and support.
The staff were ok other than who I assume was the manager who actually spoke down to the other members of staff and it didn't seem as though she wanted to be there. On the plus side the frappe I had was amazing.
2 boys serving were lovely.. a little rushed off their feet but their politeness made waiting no problem...
1st time been to this Costa and I'd give it 4/5☆ service great staff friendly and helpful. Food not sure about because I only had a cupcake.
Love going to Costa, probably go too often but the rewards system is great and I enjoy getting a free drink at the end. Staff are always happy and a friendly face. Also the salted caramel frappe is amazing!
I get dragged in here kicking and screaming at least twice a week with my wife, who should either have shares or a job at Costa 🤣. On a serious note, it's a great place to chill and chat with a coffee and sometimes a cake.
Nice place just too many school kids when we went there.
Service was a bit slow. Saying that it was busy. Drinks are getting expensive as a family to visit.

Just a quick pit stop for coffee with a friend. Good coffee, plenty of cakes/biscuits to choose from. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and the man making the drinks was very attentive to detail.
We’re regulars here as it’s such a nice place to go and relax.
The staff are really friendly and are doing their best with the covid restrictions.
We like ordering quite complex drinks which can be tricky to make but the staff nail it every time.
We haven’t used the drive through but it’s pretty cool to see. Will have to try it next time!

Great service. I had a problem with the takeaway drink holder I bought last week. Vicky and Serra sorted it out, no quibble, no fuss.
It gets very busy sometimes, and the only annoying thing that happens occasional is inconsiderate single workers taking over a four person table by spreading out laptops, phones, paper's etc. Sorry, but the facilities are not big enough to allow this really.
Lovely decor, seating available outside.
Friendly and efficient team. The M&S food prices are very expensive, prohibitively so.
