Unfortunately, 2 out of 3 of the staff phoned in sick. The poor lady was on her own with delivery orders and walk ins. It took 3/4 of an hour to get served. I can't fault the lady, she was under a lot of pressure. Food was good, the only reason for the 1 star loss was purely on the fact that only 1
Staff were friendly, food was as expected, portions were great, very filling, and good selection
The only downside to this location its very small inside some seating enough for maybe 4 or 5 people, but the space is utilised as well as it can be

Even though the shop was just preparing to open, the staff served with a smile and pleasant chat. Fantastic customer service going out of their way even though they didn't have to. Can't say enough.
Lovely place helpful staff, was talked through choices, as iam a very fussy eater by a very pleasant and very patient member of staff so I wasn't stressed or rushed to make a choice. I thank her very much and would definitely recommend. Thank you hannah with long dark hair
Great service by the people working there. They started to get a bit of a queue and people waiting outside. Thought they worked well together and efficiently to attend everyone as fast as they could :)
The staff and only girls that I've seen at trostre subway are a great bunch and very friendly and great personalities, me and my wife love going there and is always great food and prepared nicely.
Always a great standard at Subway! Could do with putting experienced staff on during busy periods to avoid the long queues however, still an excellent standard. Get the app and collect your points for free food! Try to avoid peak times as it does get a lot busier!
Brill for a lite snack also great for work lunches. only given 4 stars as they could do prawns with Marie Rose sauce
We used vouchers which were put through the door, as we hadn't been in a while. They've got lots of new options now. Good quality food and drinks.
The staff here are really attentive always smiling and polite. Yes the place is small but the food is always fresh and decent portions.
Love this place really lovely food all fresh good offers to and staff could do with smiling more as some are very grumpy and not welcoming some are bur some are not and it kinda puts the place down think some need training In customer service
Friendly staff ,lovely food ,good for saving points on your subway card for future visits .love their coffee and it's not to pricey.
