Compelled to write a review for Ashley (sorry if I misspelt name) who works in the underwear section. She helped me find the perfect bra and find my sizing. Had so much knowledge to share and really made my day by helping me. Thank you so much.
Food as always a high quality, excellent gluten free availability. Uou might think it would be more expensive but it really isn't, great food, great staff, great choices.
Bit of a queue but hassle free refund on my return.

My favourite shop in Llanelli. Staff are great. Have been a regular customer since the store opened couldn't live without it. Coffee shop staff always busy. Special mention to Adrian and Peter on ladies wear. Fabulous service always.
Went food shopping at 6.30am this morning. Credit to all the staff in the food hall. They were very helpful and polite asking me if I needed any assistance . Excellent customer services.
This is a great branch of M&S if you are after ladies wear or kids wear as there are large collections. The men's area has a large formal/smart wear selection but not so much in casual wear. Absolutely beautiful. Service great in café, cakes delicious and full pot of herbal tea. Store huge and spacious.

Enjoy shopping in Marks and Spencer in Trostre Llanelli, husband is disabled and we use a wheelchair, the disabled parking is very good, maybe could do with a few more wheelchair only spaces.

Lovely place in general. Very clean, the food is great and the staff are lovely. Don't know why but older people tend to shop here more than younger people. The only bad thing is that the clothes aren't the best quality.
Like food here. But on the Sunday before Xmas, doors didn't open until 11.00. So very big queue for the food hall, with everyone trying to get to the same areas for food. Customers didn't always appreciate being asked to queue up aisles , leaving a gap for other customers to move around. Will go he
They've really upped their game this Spring. Last year I couldn't throw my money away in there, this year so could have spent a fortune! The sales assistant who helped me with my return/order went above and beyond. Brilliant service today.
