Visiting the area and looking for a Sunday evening meal. The New High Tide Fish and Chip shop came to our rescue. Speaking to the owners, they have been open just a few weeks. The restaurant was lovely and clean, staff were lovely and the food was hot and delicious. Great price, great food and great
Went for a takeaway lunch. The rissoles were the best i have tasted. The chips were freshly made as were the burgers. The staff were very friendly and will definitely be coming back. Will definitely recommend
After reading a couple of bad reviews, I wasn't expecting too much. I was pleasantly surprised.
Excellent and highly attentive service. We asked for 2 x standard size cod and chips. Just one of those would have fed both us and someone else besides. Loads of chips.

Was having a lovely chat with the chef, and seeing that I couldn't decide between a spicy curry or some fish, he was like "I got you fam" and made me a special dish off the menu, a cod with a spicy massala batter! and it was delicious! the fillet was tender and full of flavour and the batter, while
I ordered Chicken Tikka & Chips and it was delicious! The chips were soft and crispy and the chicken tikka cooked to perfection and flavoursome! Will definitely go back again it’s my regular go to now !! 100% recommended!
