We visited on Thursday 26/7/18. Absolutely top notch service 10/10. The manager even asked the chef to make a pizza for me which is no longer on the menu. Very cheerful and friendly and the food was brilliant. Thank you. Will definitely be back!
The service at piazza hut is really good fast and the staff make you feel welcome been twice now and I never had any problems very clean and tidy i would recommend this place to anyone who wants to go out for a piazza very reasonable price and to top it yesterday we had a deal witch made it cheaper the pizzas was delicious and I love the salad bar to

Came in for my daighters birthday. Excellent service, very friendly and accommodating staff. The food was hot and tasty.
Four adults and 9 children all fed for less than £98, really isn't nad at all.
I really can't fault it, well done Pizza hut.
My husband and i called in for food after a days shopping. We were served straight away by a really friendly young lady. Our food was with us in no time, (which was well appreciated.). Our pizzas were delicious and i always love the salad bar, which was well stocked with plenty of choice. One complaint, our chips were not cooked enough and some were quite hard but we were full with what we'd ordered so we left feeling happy and full..
This isn't the first time we have been to parc Trostre Pizza Hut...probably won't be the last. Every time we have eaten there, the service has been good, the pizza tasty, and a good choice of offers.
Excellent service polite staff went the extra 10% to assist my disabled Son would highly recomend will definitely visit again
Called in for lunch with my 4 year old and had a brilliant meal! I had the lasagna, which was beautiful and my little boy has the children's meal with pizza and �ice cream. The lady who served us was lovely and went out of her way to help us. Will definitely be visiting again!

It's the first time I've been to Pizza Hut in years, my daughter recently became vegan and so we weren't sure how well we'd be catered for. We were greeted and shown to our table by Sarah and she was amazing. I asked her about vegan choices, she pulled out a file and sat with us going through the options. She was helpful and very friendly.
The pizza was delicious but the service is what makes us want to visit Pizza Hut Trostre again soon.

We went for my birthday as I love Pizza Hut. I had the buffet so I could go up as many times as I wanted. I had Margarita and the pasta with broccoli in witch I can never remember the name of but they are the BEST and I had an unlimited drink (Pepsi Max of course)
I had an amazing time with friends. We even had a booth and it’s a very nice restaurant lay out.
The only reason I’m doing four stars not five is because at the entrance when we walked in, the first booth was full of Pizza boxes and stuff for the restaurant. The kitchen back red wall had yellow tape down the sides. That’s the only complaints I have. The staff and the manager are so so nice 😊 also I absolutely love the old Pepsi neon sign
Pizzas and spaghetti were top notch. Ordering was quick on the app. Big pizzas were a bit expensive but mine was superb in flavour. Salad bar needed to be kept a bit tidier and filled but it was a busy Saturday night.
Work took us out for food and we all enjoyed our pizzas. Friendly service.
The overall customer service experience and atmosphere in the hut. Staff were lovely and extremely accommodating. The food was served piping hot and exceeded our expectations.
Me and my boyfriend had the big sharer (1x share pizza, 2x sides, 2x dessert, 3x unlimited salad) the price was very good and the food was very tasty. The portion was very big so we had a box to take it home. We would definitely eat there again. :)

Good selection of food nicely presented. Restaurant was a little quiet but that was because it was a Wednesday I guess.
The staff are soo friendly and pizza hut does the best pizza, you can't change my mind. Photo of the all you can eat buffet which is such good value for money with loads of choices.
Pizza was a little over cooked. But the Service was as good as any. Clean and tidy. Was really impressed. I hope this Restaurant stays open. It's one of few left in Wales now.
A professional Covid secure experience that inspires confidence. Friendly staff, great on-line ordering, lovely food and quick service. They are a great team doing a wonderful job in challenging circumstances. But you can visit with confidence and enjoy Pizza Hut!
