Great coffee . The atmosphere was a bit on the noisy side compared with other Costa's in the area, it's great to see children there . But if you are meeting people there are Costa's more suitable for that.
Spent my afternoon here while my partner was working locally. It was busy as some other reviews mentioned but I still managed to find a seat. The staff are friendly and were quick to clear away my table when I went used the toilets. Nice atmosphere and quietened down towards the afternoon. Lovely pl

Great coffee. Friendly staff - they go out of their way to make their customers happy. Today I saw a young barista helping an elderly lady. Staff remember your regular orders and give recommendations depending on what you like. Plenty of parking, and outdoor seating for when the weather is warm.
Easy parking, near Dunelm. Quiet spaces, good for a chat. Reasonable selection of cakes and snacks. Variety of hot and cold drinks. The Costa app offers freebies by collecting points and is very simple to use.

Had cappuccino and a tuna melt panini (which was 50% off in fridge - bonus). Good service, the two staff members that dealt with my order were friendly, efficient and polite. Lots of seating available. Staff were keeping it clean and clearing tables.

Only 6 tables in use; only one of which for bigger groups (there were 5 of us). This could have been thought out better. Could easily open another few tables!
