Amazing ice cream and great service from the staff, my favourite is the chocolate sundae it’s simple but amazing. It’s well worth the money (and calories) as it is just an incredible treat. Nothing comes close to Joes, if you are in the Swansea area you have to pay a store a visit!
They also do a lovely biscoff sundae which again is just wow with their signature soft vanilla icecream.
Lovely ice cream, can't fault it, plenty of flavours, and they do different sundaes every month, so delicious.

When there is a constant queue outside you just know its going to be nice and it didn't disappoint.
Delicious ice cream!! Amazing sorbet too for my lactose intolerant child. Good prices for what you get, little tub of 1 scoop of ice cream £1.85. Can't wait to go back and try all the flavours.
Always friendly and accommodating for the kids request for extra sprinkles! Very clean every time we go and staff are lovely.

Nice ice cream but for those of you that KNOW a JOES ice cream, you'll immediately tell than in spite of how good the ice cream is, it's definitely a new recipe that's just... not quite Joe's.
Still nice though. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

Excellent ice cream parlour. Staff friendly and helpful. Service excellent. Ice-cream delicious. Hot drinks much cheaper than nearby coffee shops. There are outside picnic tables as well as indoor seating. I eat their ice-cream and drink their coffee 2 or 3 times a week .
Would have given 5 stars but when I visited the Llanelli branch today the ice cream was delicious, as ever but I think you need to change the spoons. They are shaped like soup spoons and are quite sharp on the edges. It scratched the inside of my mouth, I don't think they would be any good for children's smaller mouths.

Our family have been visiting Joe’s for as long as I can remember. We live in England now but any time we return we make sure to take a trip to Joe’s - fresh it is the best ice cream we have ever had!
Friendly staff, if you have a big order more than one will help so you dont wait long. Nice variety of flavours that change regularly besides the classic Joe's. They'll also do stuff that's not on the menu - my husband likes affogato which is a scoop of ice cream in an espresso and they always make it for him. There's a peanut butter sundae on at the moment too which is lovely. Generous portions and good value.
Who doesnt love a Joe's Ice Cream? Very clean place, seating outside. Perfect location as its close to the cinema, Nando's chicken, few places to eat and drink, close to parking area as well. Lots of flavours to choose from, cones, tubs, scoops, there's lots to choose from. Joe's is also open at night as well, which is great because when you come out of the cinema, you can treat yourself to an ice cream...or two! The next nearest place to this Llanelli Joe's Ice Cream parlour is Swansea, which is a few miles away. So this is a great location to grab some nice local welsh Ice Cream!
