One of my favourite pubs in Llanelli! Always love visiting the Half Moon, the food is absolutely stunning. Half Moon melt is my favourite! ๐ Weโve never had a bad meal here! The staff and owners are so welcoming and friendly and really appreciate your custom. Good selection of alcohol and a cosy atmosphere. And theyโre dog friendly ๐๐พ
Had lunch here twice in 1 week and the food is delicious. The Half Moon Melt or Hunter's chicken is the best I have ever tasted, and I've had a few.

What a fantastic place! We were travelling through and wanted to try somewhere local for dinner, so we booked a table at the Half Moon. The staff were very friendly, service was great and the food was all fantastic. We had mains and desserts, both were perfect. Will definitely visit again, very happy customers!
Lovely, proper pub. We ate in the bar as we had our 2 dogs with us. The staff were really friendly with plenty of banter and table service. Water provider for the dogs. Hope to go again when next down here.
Absolutely lovely sunday dinner. They accommodated 7 of us at short notice and we all thoroughly enjoyed. The veggie lunch was lovely. Will definitely go back.
Every time I go to the Half Moon it's always been Fantastic down to the chef friendly staff good beer and atmosphere well done all ๐๐๐๐๐
Ordered two Sunday dinners from here today. They arrived quickly and were delicious. Could have divided it and made extra meals as there was so much. Would definitely recommend.
Had a fantastic cavery very tasty and excellent value for money. My only minus points are the layout isn't great as the serving station is very close to a set of tables making it difficult to get past having plated up. Also I paid ยฃ8.20 for 3 soft drinks.
But all that aside its one of the best Sunday lunches out we've had in a long time.

Treated my husband to lunch this afternoon the server Holly was amazing couldn't do enough for us food was scrumptious would definitely recommend this little hidden gem. I have also booked an evening meal for my husband for his upcoming birthday. I have to say, all the servers are great.๐

Had a very pleasant evening and good food, with excellent service. Dog friendly was a bit confusing,bar area only. But this didn't spoil our visit.
Was a fabulous carvery, served by a lovely lady. Unfortunately, we weren't told on arrival that we needed to be told to wait until sent up for food, and so we were told to sit back down.
