spent a lovely few hours on the top of the Great Orme. We had a pasty and chips meal and a tea and coffee pasty was very tasty and the portion sizes were just right. we're to full to try one of the selection of cakes but decided to try before we left. After we had visited the visitor centre and enjoyed the scenery we went back and got another hot drink and the biggest egg custard wed ever had it was lovely. The gift shop had a lovely range of gifts and the whole place was spotlessly clean staff were friendly and efficient.

We went up the great orme to have breakfast on our visit to Llandudno. They didn’t start serving food till 12 however we had absolutely massive scones which were delicious! Full to the brim with amazing cream! We had some tea too which was served in to go cups, would’ve been nice to have some mugs though, my partner had a sausage roll which was very tasty. The atmosphere through in the bar area was great, lovely and quite and had a fab retro vintage vibe.

We popped in here after travelling up the Great Orme via the Tramway. The cafe was clean and cosy, and I have to say served the best hot chocolate and decaf cappuccino that we had during our whole holiday in North Wales. Well done to all at The Captain's Table Cafe.

The Captains Table, one of the highest cafes in Wales. Not as far up as Snowdon of course but views are just as good.

There are some seats inside but we decided to have tea and fudge cake in the car. The hot chocolate was a little tricky to walk to the car but was delicious. The cream was proper cream rather than canned cream which was a nice change. The waitress who served me was really friendly and helpful, she even helped me carry out the drinks to the person waiting outside with the dog.

We only popped in for a snack - I had a chocolate milkshake and chocolate flapjack and my partner had a cappuchino and pack of ginger biscuits. The food and drink were very nice, not extraordinary but we sat out and the view was gorgeous! Only problem with this place was the queuing area as it was weirdly set out and you could end up waiting in a queue of people waiting for food if you just want a drink and vice versa.

Great place to visit yes, queue but wrll worth it quick service polite and helpful. Food was good and prices compatible to other food outlets. Really enjoyed tram, the copper mine and views with my grandson. Totally recommend.

I went to visit this cafe on Sunday 29th August 2021 and I just want to congratulate the staff that were there working. Even though it was very busy with a long queue of people wanting food the service of these marvellous people was excellent. I personally feel they deserve a reward for doing their job other than just their wages.
