Catherine was great today went above and beyond to help. Even though she was very stressed she still put the customers priorities first. Great member of staff.
Was lost and no one was taking us in for food, then gazed upon the Alex, and we had some lovely grub and fast service at good prices. Would recommend

Good atmosphere, quiet place for drink..havnt tried anh food here but menu looks good.

I wrote a terrible review of this place a few weeks ago based on my experience on that day which was my 1st ever visit. I reluctantly went back with some friends this week and it couldn't have been more different. The service and food were excellent and it was fantastic value for money. I do think some of the staff are a little out of their depth when it is very busy, and unfortunately last time i couldn't comment on the food as it never arrived. Sam did try to explain it was the busiest day of the year and i have to say i am glad i was talked into going back again. Apologies to Sam and his wife for my 1st review. I think i was just unlucky. I will be back and would definitely recommend.
We had the most delicious pizzas yesterday evening. I have taken one star off due to the loud rock music coming out of the speakers. I think if you make the outside a little more elegant and have music to compliment the lovely food, then you are on to a winner here. The lady in charge of the front of house was excellent.
Went here this evening on a groupon deal with my husband and twin daughters. We were welcomed by a super friendly Irish lady who didn't treat us any differently when we said that we had a groupon booking & we all know that we would normally get a tut, eye roll and an "ok then"! Our drink order was taken & delivered quickly. We ordered food and did not have long to wait. The food was delicious! We all had burgers. Best bits? Fresh onion rings, beautiful fresh fried mushrooms on our burgers, fresh baps, well cooked burger, fast & friendly service, welcoming atmosphere! Whoever the lovely lady was tonight.. Thank you! We WILL be visiting again soon!
I purchased a groupon deal for this lovely restaurant and bar. Thankyou to Sam the manager for been so accommodating to our needs. The food was lovely, atmosphere fabulous and staff really pleasant and attendant to our needs. Thankyou very much for a pleasant evening we will be back when we visit Llandudno again. Many thanks.
The best burger and pizza we've ever had in a great place with excellent staff. We're going back. Highly recommended.
Breakfast was lovely and was really cheap too. Love the way you can build your own breakfast as there's certain things on a breakfast I won't eat.

I cannot speak any higher about this place. Unable to find what i was looking for anywhere in Llandudno, this place went out of their way to cater for my needs and added such a personal touch that they have a customer for as long as im here. Amazing service and truly beautiful breakfast (no corners cut here). My visit was a memorium for a special person who passed and Funkys did all they could to make this visit truly special. Thank you, I cannot thank you guys enough!
Went to a Welsh pub, to watch scousers play football, met a load of Irish and one Portuguese bloke... just bloody brilliant, what a laugh we had.. you'll never know how good it is unless you try it AMAZING

Excellent service ,very friendly ,helpful staff. Pizza and burgers very good ,delicious lemon sponge for dessert.
The food was worth the wait as I was cooked fresh. The service was slow unfortunately, and 2 children were running around un supervised.
