My wife and myself sampled the Christmas menu at The Samphire Brasserie which is situated within Car Mor in Llandudno, the event was our yearly visit to the hotel to do a bit of shopping in anticipation of the big day and as my works party, as I am self employed, it's just me n' Jill! Anyway, enough waffle, the menu was served to us with an apperitif, a starter and a main, then a coffee to follow, we chose not to have a pudding as such, but, we did take a cheese board back to our room to consume later on as we were full. We were served by Saf our waitress for the evening, she was spot on with her timings as we weren't left waiting too long between courses, we had some lovely banter with her too, our meal was made special by her attentions. The Cae Mor proprietors seem to have a knack of employing some really nice staff, there are too many to mention personally, but, they surely will all know who they are ( No Exceptions). We look forward to our next visit which will be for my birthday in February next year. Many Thanks to Marc and Sheryl for getting things just right. Dave n Jill :-)

We had a great meal here before a show at Venue Cymru (which is just next door). The service was excellent and they fitted a full three course meal in, with no rush to make the start of the show. The food was well cooked and delicious.
