The best fish and chips on the planet - crispy chips and battered fish. The pot of curry sauce deserves A special mention. Truly delicious and highly recommend - lovely staff who were so friendly
Amazing food, ive be visiting Llandudno all my life & this is one of the best places to eat. Staff are amazingly helpful. Lovely place highly recommend.
Cannot recommend this place enough. Every time we visit Llandudno we eat here. Absolutely cracking Fish n Chips last night... Can't wait to come back...
Delicious fish and chips. Order comes to table quickly. Staff are friendly. Only one thing - why not include mushy peas in price of the meal? Loved it though - we will be back x
Excellent food, lovely big fresh cod, servers were all very friendly, nice atmosphere, we really enjoyed our visit especially the lovely little tame Penguim named Fernando Valasquez they have who flip-flaps around table to table holding a tiny ukulele under his flipper every so often hopping up and seranading fortunate diners with raunchy Latin love songs in his smooth velvety caramel voice,
Will definitely visit again A+
Since ten years we come back every holliday to eat our fish and chips. Always delicious food and friendly staff.
Freshest and tastiest fish and chips I've ever had, my wife had the steak pie, and my daughter had ribs, both their meals were fantastic too. The saying that you get what you pay for has never been truer, worth every penny! Service was great too, and the atmosphere was relaxed, well done Tribells, you've nailed it!
Went for dinner and the food was amazing an staff so polite and friendly definitely eat here again. Thank to the chef for the amazing food. Recommend to everyone. 🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒

Always lovely to eat here the staff are so lovely and the food really good you should try their fish.
Freshest chips and lovely haddock! Such friendly faces welcome you and there's a lovely baby changing room with chair for feeding if needed, will be back!
Great food, staff are really attentive and friendly, would definitely recommend
I had the fish of the day which was haddock and my wife had the jumbo cod. Both were excellent but the haddock was outstanding. We both left full to the gunnels, and would thoroughly recommend it.
Visited Tribells Saturday, very friendly happy staff, and fantastic food. Very highly recommend.
Went in expecting a greasy chippy but came out suprised, happy, full!!
Wether you think its expensive or not is all relative, I can say the food was bang on, really nice chippy gravy, chips, pudding and mushy peas (and half my wifes fish).
All washed down with a bottle of Snowdonia Craft Lager.
First trip to Llandudno and would definitely be happy to eat here again.
We had a wonderful fish and chip dinner here this evening. We had one king size and two regular but the regular would have done me just fine as the fish was large. The fish was delicious. The batter so light it was barely there but still crisp and perfect. Lovely hot chips and slightly fruity curry. I like it a bit hotter usually (spicy) but it was definitely delicious. The girls were lovely. Very helpful. Service was good and an excellent brew, just how I like it 😉 The restaurant itself was very clean and modern. I would definitely come here again
Incredible value for money - we had the daily special - a tray for 2 with huge portion of chips, 2 large fish (cooked in dripping not oil) 2 sides and a bottle of house wine for £30 all in!! Waitress was really nice - can’t fault the place!! 🥳
The best fish, chips & mushy peas I've ever had, absolutely delicious 😋 the waitress was wonderful and nothing was too much trouble.
Nice fish.. Chips could be better.. they are not bad at all.. but we got a lot of little hard one's.
But again the fish was lovely, and the batter was soft and nice. Ooh and the girls serving were really lovely and helpful..
Google mapped a nearest chip shop to where we were staying and this one came up and it has a sit in restaurant. We were greeted by a lady sat at a table on her phone, to which she said just find a seat and ill be over soon. When ordered we had the special sharing 2 cod and chips with 2 sides and a drink for £25. The food was amazing. The fish was fresh and flaky. The chips were lovely and the gravy was tasty and thick. The 2 waitresses were sat at the front desk on their phones or staring outside while the customers were calling for their attention. A man then pulled up outside in a grey van and came in the shop and took an A board outside. He must of been the boss because the waitresses started cleaning clean tables lol. The customers behind me finally got served and we finally got a check back after we finished our meal. After 10 minutes the man left. We got our bill and then waited 5 minutes to pay while the 2 waitresses were still chatting at the bar at the back. I opened the door to see if there was bell to alert them but they still didnt bother. Their lazy attitudes stopped us coming back the next day, its a shame a the food was delicious.
Great place. I had regular fish and chips with mushy peas. Asked for fish to be well done . Husband treat himself to large cod and chips. Pot of tea. He said was best fish hes had for a long time.
Was about £30. Had a short wait of 5 minutes to be seated. Waitress had an injury but still managed a smile .
We went there at 7.30 tonight on a Sunday for our tea.
They were closing at 8 but it was no problem for them to accommodate us.
We had the dog with us and they were dog friendly, literally, making a fuss of him.
Our orders came quickly and were good quality and large.
The two ladies that served us were very friendly, courteous and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for them in serving us.
I would highly recommend here to anyone.
On our next visit to Llandudno we will definitely be returning here.
Great food at very reasonable prices. £25 for a sharing tray of fish, scampi, calamari and chips with mushy peas and Tartar sauce. A bit noisy currently with the building work going on outside, but not their fault. Definitely go again soon.
Really friendly staff and relaxing surroundings. We opted for the fish and chip plate for 2 with bottle of wine and 2 sides, which was really good value
Nice fish and chip meal, reasonably priced.
Came here for fish and chips. It's dog friendly, which was great, and the service was excellent. The food was cooked perfectly, and we had the plate to share with fish scampi and squid delicious

This Restaurant sell the best fish and chips I've eaten whilst out. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, they even welcomed my dog and offered him a drink of water which I thought was amazing. Would definitely recommend this place to eat in.
Been coming here over 20 years it must be now and while the décor might change the quality of the food never has. Always great chips and amazing fish etc. Nice friendly staff couldn't really ask for more. Can get busy around lunch in season etc. Worth dropping in for sure but if you they also have a take away if you are brave enough to risk the seagulls.
Very good fish and chips. Some different type of fish you can choose. Good service and nice price.
When we first arrived the waitress was very good and made sure we sat away from a noisy table. She said that she wouldn't want to sit near them.
The food was excellent, I had the regular fish and chips and that was plenty. My husband had Steak and Kidney Pudding and really enjoyed it.
We couldn't fault the place at all, all staff were very friendly and the place was nice and clean.
We will definitely go back there again.
