What a hidden gem !! Beautiful setting, amazing food at dinner and breakfast lovely. Staff excellent and treated like royalty, couldn't do enough to make stay so fantastic.... highly recommended.
The staff were super friendly and helpful. We got to our room and I found that we had only feather pillows so I requested non-feather pillows and six wonderful pillows showed up later in our room AND the feather comforter was replaced as well. Best few nights of sleep in Wales! Unfortunately we didn't take advantage of the spa and pool but that just means we have to come back next time. Possibly 2020 with the family!
Had the most magical day yesterday. We sat in the garden over looking the fabulous snowdonia mountains sipping champagne with our friend who lives in Conway. A truly magical place for anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle.. hidden gem!!
I went for lunch with two friends. Beautiful house and gardens. The lunch was delicious and reasonably priced. Staff are very attentive and treated us like queens. Would highly recommend. Lovely place for a wedding too.
Excellent night away. Loved the old fashioned manner of service. Felt like royalty - perfect birthday treat. The food is to die for- thank you chef!

Absolutely amazing place, stunning setting, beautiful gardens and incredibly comfortable accommodation. Staff are faultlessly helpful and friendly and food is delicious. Will definitely be finding an excuse to return soon!!!
Came to celebrate Mum's birthday with my daughter. The staff are so friendly and professional, made us all very welcome and were so attentive without being intrusive. The afternoon tea was perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family. Thank you so much for making Mum's day so memorable.

A return visit, this time for afternoon tea. Stunning venue, beautiful gardens and friendly service. Always worth a visit.
The service is absolutely faultless. The staff are friendly and efficient and simply nothing is too much trouble. And the food is quite possibly the finest that I've ever been served in any hotel or restaurant anywhere. The grounds are also magnificent.

Afternoon tea the service was very attentive and the afternoon tea was delicious . Was a lovely relaxing and indulgent few hours . Definitely must do it more often .
