The food was really tasty and filling. The prices were very reasonable too, we shared 1 starter, had 1 main each, 1 dessert each and 1 drink each all for £62 for two people. The staff were very friendly. Food came out fairly quickly and I'd definitely recommend this restaurant.

Service and food was excellent. Great menu to choose from. Prices are very reasonable. All cooked on the premises with fresh ingredients. Nice selection of wines and beers. The portion size was excellent. The tomato soup was divine. I recommend you go there. Better to book a table though.

The food was delicious. I have had carbonara all over the world and this was as good as the best I've had in Italy. My husband had a fish food pasta, he said from the first mouthful there was wonderful fishy taste, he loved it, even though he is a steak guy. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. When I asked which way something was prepared, as I liked one and not the other, I was asked which I would prefer. That has never happened to me before! We did discuss food quantity and decided it was average for an Italian restaurant. As a lady it was too much for me and I saw someone leaving with a doggy bag. My husband felt it was just OK but exactly what we get elsewhere. It is not a heaped plateful but what Italian does that. The other consideration is the environment, it is like being in someone's house for dinner. It is not a modern plush restaurant. The excellent food and service made us feel we would return no matter the surroundings. There was background music that was not over powering, so you could have conversations with ease. Highly recommended if you like great real Italian food served with a willing smile.

We had to book to ensure we could get in, so I suggest you do the same. It is a small restaurant but we'll put together. The menus is Italian and the food was amazing, I had the homemade lasagna and it was really good. We also had 2 cocktails they we tasty. The garlic bread was so yummy. Staff were accomondating I am allergic to seafood and fish the chef and staff kept asking the right questions so I was I felt safe. The only think that let it down for me was dessert it wasn't great but maybe what I chose toffee sponge. But the espresso was strong and very Italian. Great place to visit but book.

Really enjoyed our meal here. I had the cannelloni (delicious) and my partner a pizza. Starters were also really nice and good size. Service was friendly, we had booked a table earlier in the day.

A lovely Italian restaurant. We went on Xmas Eve and whilst the place was tragically quiet (thanks covid!) the food was tasty and the service flawless. Even the Christmas crackers were very high quality ones! I had the chicken Parma which was a much higher quality chicken breast than the usual schnitzel that many places base it on.

Lovely food and customer service. Reasonably priced. Couldn't really comment on atmosphere as we were the first table in there. Would definitely return. Thank you.
