I came in the other week, and although you order from an app and it’s card only the service was wonderful. I had Erin help me out and she was just so kind and fluent in welsh which was a nice change of pace. Give her a raise!
Classic Pizza Hut 🍕 experience. "Fastest Service Ever" according to my 7 year old son. Overall what you would expect. Visited during weekday and didnt need to book, not sure about Friday and Saturday's.
It's a good place , better to go when it's quiet when it's busy you just get forgotten about . Food was alright , nothing amazing to brag about, but went with my 1 year old son who we walked around the restraunt that was good. Think it's the same atmosphere whenever you go. But yeah a good solid 7/10. Quite pricey if you don't have a taste card or discount each pizza is like £18 so if you're having a group of say 5/6 people it's a lot of money.
Check out all the deals before ordering straight from the menu. We could have had so much more for our money but the server didn't explain it to us I guess so we would spend more.
The choice was good The salad bar was clean and well topped up. All our food was hot and really tasty. The drinks were fun.
The only weird thing is Pizza Hut has no plant based milks or decaf coffee. They need to get up to date!
Service could have been a bit swifter. However, the younglady who eventually acknowledged us was very polite and professional. With a seamless service thereon.
Fast food and wide variety of taste for the kids including the salad bar. Bottomless drinks is always a bonus! Between 12-3 weekday buffet menu is great value for money to. Good quality pizza.
I had mentioned on entering that I was looking forward to pan pizza because we can't get them in the Netherlands. Then I made a mistake with the ordering system and selected the wrong base. The man who greeted us came over to point out my error and corrected it for me.
Clean, modern and extremely helpful staff! Especially Leon and Caitlin who went above and beyond helping us with the food choices! Superstars and we will recommend you to all our friends and family in the area!

Got a takeout the food was good but service is very slow,the drink we wanted wasn't available so had to choose something else,
It's always great to visit my local pizza hut for those lazy evenings when we don't feel like cooking.
It was clean. Food was tasty. Order online at the table so there wasnt much interaction with staff, which is a shame. What we did have face to face was pleasant.
Not bad the ordering app is a bit annoying lost a custom setting by resetting when the order was looked at but place itself was ok
