Best pub I’ve ever been to! I’ve never been to a pub anywhere in the world where the locals have been so friendly & chilled. The bartender who served me was helluva nice too!
Stopped off today on our way home from holls ...what a lovely pub and so very friendly too myself ,hubby and grandson and bear my noisy cavapoo loll will definitely visit again and may even book a room for the night and try the food as well
We only had drinks here. Really good service and a fantastic choice of drinks , no wait at bar, despite being absolutely rammed. Friendly staff and locals.
My partner and I went the the restaurant part for our anniversary dinner. The bar staff were fantastic and exceedingly friendly.
There was a man named Matthew, who previously ran a cocktail bar in Leicester, that would happily be shown a recipe for cocktails or mocktails and make it for you if they had the ingredients needed.
Food was served quickly and they were large portions and very tasty. Good atmosphere and a fab evening.
I would definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful local pub, bar staff are so friendly and attentive if you want a good night out go here!! Very well run ,very clean and the locals are great!!! Prices are so cheap! Thank you for a lot of great night's there. X

Me and the wife both had ham egg chips beers coffee for less than £30

I meet here with the local Royal British Legion every month. It's a great pub to meet people and have a great conversation.
