Our favourite pub when we are in the area. Staff are extremely friendly, the beer is kept really well, and the food is to die for. They have done so much to improve this pub in the short time they have been there. Little touches, like welcoming passers by to use their loos, allowing all to fill their water bottles, a board with local wildlife sightings, and really engaging with the local community, all make this a great place to sit and watch the world go by. The landlady even brings drinks out to you. Fab

Called in here with our 2 dogs for lunch, lovely warm welcome (even biscuits for the dogs) and food was amazing, I highly recommend the cod and chips as the homemade tartar sauce is amazing. Hope to call in again when on holiday in the area

Stopped off here for a quick pint today and very friendly there. Nice pint of Stowford and the food menu looks good but have to try that next time.

I'm also an ex-publican and this pub has everything I want from my local. Friendly hosts, great food and drink, and the loveliest rural location. Nick and Julie have made it a great place to be with plenty going on throughout the year! A year has flown by guys! xx

Lovely place to relax, drink, and have a burger. Next to the water. The menu is limited, but the food is fresh and delicious, homemade. The lady who served us was kind and nice. We definitely saved this location for a feature stop.

Lovely friendly little pub in the Cambrian Mountains. Seating out front and by the river. Very scenic. Limited menu but food is good and fresh. Only seems to be open Friday to Sunday so worth checking before you go.

Such a great location and back drop, real ale on offer (2 on my visit), very tasty. Food, pub grub was nice enough and served its purpose but carries a location prices so a little bit on the high side. However the atmosphere more than makes up for this

Went for a spin to the Towy Bridge Inn for food. Lovely peaceful location and great food. Sitting by the river with a burger and a pint was spot on. Perfect evening for eating outside.
