Arrived late for a meal on what we found out was town carnival day. Staff were rushed off their feet understandably but were nothing but helpful and accommodating. Found us a table in a quiet room at the back where we could sit with our young puppies. They offered us with water for the dogs as soon as we sat down and warned us there might be a wait for food as it was so busy. Within 10 minutes of ordering, four of the best steak burgers we have ever eaten arrived. The staff were so polite and helpful and we will definitely be coming again!

We had a great weekend at the Castle Hotel . Lovely hotel , spotless room, food was lovely and the staff were very friendly. Llandovery is beautiful place . Would recommend it for a visit

We had a lovely stay here over new year. The hotel was lovely and cosy, the staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. We took our pooch with us and she was made welcome in all areas of the hotel, a VERY dog friendly place! Whilst we were there we re-booked for August for our anniversary. Would highly recommend!!
We stayed in The Lord Nelson Suite for two nights. Beautiful room and bathroom. Amazing food and service. The only thing I would point out is that the room was a little noisy with car noise from outside, but that's obviously way beyond the hotel's control! Would definitely return.

Beautiful food we had the steak oh my I would highly recommend this done to perfection I didn't stay here but would certainly consider it in the future
Stayed for the night during the festival of the celts, had the family room with 2 adults and four children and it was still spacious. The festival was very entertaining and staff were friendly and helpful even during the busy times
