An okay place. I ate the fish pie. It was mediocre. However, the food and drink was affordable. The menus could be clearer. I came across three different boards with three different menus. One board was titled vegan but had no vegan food. It was a bit strange.
Really impressed with the vegan menu choices, price and quality of food. I had the dirty burger and my boyfriend had the "chicken" with asparagus and garlic sauce. We both cleared our plates and would definitely visit again. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Thank you :-)
Brilliant spot. Good selection of beers. We went for the food which was great, well priced and there is a dedicated vegan menu.
Gorgeous food, Deserts were delicious, Well decorated too! Had something very simple though (cheesey chips and ham) And homemade chips were yummy!! Ham was good too, Waffle and icecream was best of all, Affordable price one thing was that the actual pub is a little run down an quiet but still lovely
Food was superb could not fault it. Sea Bass probably the best I have had. Would highly recommend there is something for everyone. The lady who served us was fantastic too.
We were only going to eat there one night and then try another, but the Friday meal was outstanding value and the folks really accommodating so we went back for seconds on Saturday. Solid pub grub, unbelievable value and excellent service. The bog standard wine was even good.

The food was absolutely stunning, real attention to detail, only complaint is that we couldn't eat it all!

Such a lovely experience here - really friendly and welcoming, and great food with huge portions! The chicken, bacon and leek pie came with a massive amount of peas and chips, gorgeous buttery pastry and generous amounts of meat in the filling, just what I needed...

What a wonderful pub! The food is great value and generously portioned. Proper home-cooked pub grub. I had a chicken bacon and leek pie and it was incredibly tasty.
