My wife and I attended the Heights last night for a drink originally but stayed for a meal, the staff were both helpful and pleasant, we both had a starter and a main meal, the food was of excellent quality and we did not have to long for the food to come out, I would recommend a visit to this establishment if you like quality food.
Just had a lovely meal here! Came after visiting The Slate Museum.Lasagne and crispy beef to start. Delicious and portion sizes were great. Very worth the money. Also think the atmosphere was loeloely and peaceful. Staff were very friendly. 1 even went the extra mile to help me pick my money up I had dropped everywhere. Thank you to adding to our holiday.
The Heights has changed dramatically for the better.
I come up to Llanberis 5-6 times a year and and was let down by the service but over the past 2 years I have noticed how it has changed into a an enjoyable place to come to after my walks and enjoy the atmosphere, food and beer 🍻
Keep up the good work guys👍👍

Lovely evening tonight. Excellent 3 course Christmas dinner. Well worth a visit. Friendly staff and very professional. Will definitely recommend to others. Nadolig Llawen / Merry Christmas to all. X
This was one of the best places I have stayed ever!! ( including hotels and B&B"s!! The food was beautiful and the staff could not do enough to help. Our room was basic but clean and airy and the beds were very comfy - would seriously recommend !
Amazing place, super fast service, had a great meal and there was a great friendly vibe, going back tomorrow for Nachos before we head home

Rather late posting this, but would like to congratulate and thank the staff at the Heights for a fabulous meal and excellent service weekend before Christmas! At such a busy time, our very large group of 23 were very well looked after, and we were especially impressed with the fact that everyone’s meals were brought out together! Thank you for being so accommodating! Excellent food also!
Amazing setting! I've been coming here for 25 years and this is the best reinvention yet. Super friendly staff, good selection of drinks, food excellent. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the huge TV in the bar
Came here for food on the way to go Ghost Hunting, i ordered the half of roast chicken with chips & gravy and it was lovely! Very nice. Lovely service and nice place too!
great food, attentive staff who couldn't do enough for the 9 of us, good prices, what more do you want, excellent
Dropped in to this delightful pub/hotel on spec. On the main street. Plenty of on-site parking and ample outside seating surrounded by trees. Views over the mountains. Very warm and friendly service. Great cask beer! Highly recommended.
Sunday carvery was damned tasty! Can't say I've ever had anything less than a tasty meal and great pint. Always friendly. It's a hikers pub though it matters not if you're not. Top draw!!
Great food, the fish was amazing, but only do chips with mains, unless your are on curry then it's rice. But don't let my criticism of chips only put you off as the fish was stunning as was the curry and rice, my son said the burger was "out of this world" again the food served was totally stunning
Great lunch spot. Value for money and really tasty food with prompt polite service. Bit of rock music..not too loud.. to go along with it made it down to earth.
We stopped next door but one to this pub. Great big outside area, Great value food and decent service. It's a bit ruff and ready but good.
Great back packers, great atmosphere in the bar and loads of seats outside. Bunk rooms are good, make sure you have a pillow and sleeping bag or sheet thought as some rooms don't have either.
Friendly staff, decent enough prices. In for drinks after walking one night, then in again for lunch the second day. Pizzas spot on, great amount of toppings, and had special chilli nachos again tasty pub grub.
I read the bad reviews and tried it anyway.
Great little spot to come with a wet dog after climbing snowdon. Couple of pints and pub grub, it’s not gonna win any Michelin stars, but it was just what we needed. All food was great; pizzas spot on, steak pie - all meat, no bad bits 😊, and our dog loved the cheesy chips.
All in all, a rough and ready hikers pub, would definitely go back 👌👍🍺
Called in for lunch after taking the kids up yr Wyddfa on the train as a summer holiday treat. Had no expectations as we'd never been before and didn't know anything about the place before heading in. Really enjoyed the food, (the steak and ale pie was particularly delicious!), staff were friendly and the place was clean, would definitely go back again
Good service. Food was lovely and good portion sizes.
Snowdon burger was massive and tastes amazing. Well worth a trip.
Great location great pub and food excellent. We stayed at the heights guest rooms after our climb up snowdon. Not a great place to stop
