Tough walk to the summit and steep descent down. Worth the effort however, as on a clear day you can see for miles.

Free parking! Lower carpark has toilets. Plenty of walking routes. Some are closed at the moment due to tree felling so you may want to check that out before setting of.

I parked on bank holiday, there's still a number of space available. 1.5 pounds for whole day, and you can pay by card. In case, u need to park at the lower car park, it's cash only. If you've just have a walk less than 2 hours, there's some free parking outside this car park.

A good place to park with convenient access to both the Moel Famau and Offa's Dyke paths. There is a small parking charge of 1.50 but all funds go to maintaining the park. Sheep can often be found wandering the car park but that adds to the general charm.

£1.50 in the top carpark. Card and cash accepted.. little coffee/snack hut in the car park too £2.50 for a hot drink.. 1 toilet block near the bottom carpark.. bottom carpark accesses the steeper climb.. some grass verges to park outside the carparks without paying..

£2 for 4hrs, good value for money. If you are lucky enough to get ine of the few spaces on the side of the road it's free, but limited to 2hrs.

I don't mean to spoil the view, but the place is beautiful. There's also the Hut, a little trailer for food and drinks at the car park run by an ex-paramedic. Love it up here.

Great car park for a fantastic walk. If you go numerous times well worth buying a parking permit from loggerheads visitor centre

Despite other reviews complaining about having to pay for parking. I don't mind. The Mkney goes towards the upkeep of a huge cou try park that you have freedom to walk through. It is a small price to pay. I onic mountain not far from the Wales / Cheshire border. Recommended.
