One of my favorite places when visiting Livingston Outlet. Excellent service and energetic and courteous staff.
Friendly staff. Nice blonde girl served me. She made the coffee the way i like it .
Food was nice and the place was tidy and clean.
Could do with the advertised dusting but its coffee so meh .

Came in first thing this morning. The guy was very professional. Took the order easily, unfortunately the cream on 2 of the drinks were off. There was no hesitation in him making up a new batch of cream and re-doing the drinks. Good service from Costa staff. Thank you.

Visited on Thursday night. Young lady serving was first class! A real credit to Costa. Had an issue with rogue cup getting lid to fit. Staff dealt with this immediately and could not have been more helpful. Lad serving had great cust service and perfect humour alongside this. Again a credit to Costa as this level of service is sadly lacking elsewhere. Female Manager/supervisor is clearly doing good job as she was there and assisted well. Keep up this level of customer care.

Alas seemed understaffed today, slow to get served and all empty tables were full of trays. The usual manageress was not there, hope she is coming back. Usual standard of muffins, just needs some staff.
This Costa team are the best by a country mile. Good service with courtesy, great coffee, what u request is what u receive. Nice chilled area. Whats not to like, check it out

I would like to compliment the staff in Costa at Next. During my visit today I personally watched them deal with several difficult and unnecessarily rude customers due to the new restrictions, however they remained focused and professional at all times. Thank you Russell, Kirsty, Caitlin and Lewis for keeping us as safe as possible and making my visit pleasant.
