Weren't many people in. Food nice as usual. Person behind the counter was a bit grumpy as I have not been to a KFC for a few years and took my time when ordering. He was a bit better after I took back my 7up and said they had given me fizzy water by mistake. He changed the supply and brought it over to me with an apologetic smile.
I will go back again in another few years and if he is still grumpy next time he serves me 😆
My first time ever having a KFC, the burger I had was tasty and fresh, the sweetcorn was juicy and had a handy stick to hold itand the drink was orange and fizzy. Unfortunately the lid on the drink was incorrect and did not fit well which could have been a disaster in the car.Very fast efficient service via the drive through lots of free parking spaces.
Amazing staff , amazing hot and fresh food, the staff are funny, the managers treating their staff like they should and staff always working hard and making everyone smile
There are 4 managers in this store and every single one of them know how to run the store and keep the place amazing
The team works very hard. They really cares about their customers. The food here is always delicious and fresh. Cashiers is always polite here. Definitely will be back soon.

Food was quick and delicious compared to visits in other chains. Food was not greasy and arrived hot. Cleanliness standards were average. Ordered via Self service which provided receipt. (50/50 success rate when using self service in general).
Delivery driver messed up our order and only delivered half of the order, went there to get the other half of our order and to my surprise they gave us out entire order again and some complimentary cookies, so fair play they didn't have to but its appreciated.
Fast service,received my food straight away. Mini fillets was delicious as always.Gregg manager very nice and helpful

We come here whenever we do shopping in Livingston, we pop in for the delicious chicken, never had an issue and the service is always fantastic. Great to have this place here
