Love this place and visit it every weekend without fail now with my partner. Practically all the staff remember our usual order now which is lovely! Ordered a delivery to my house today for the first time as well and again - loved it! Fantastic service. Staff are wonderful, the cakes are too, the coffee is wonderful, the home deliveries are and if you sit in the shop the relaxed atmosphere is also wonderful! Cannot fault it. Thank you for always being so consistent

Clean, comfortable place with lovely staff. Hand sanitizer on arrival, clean tables. Less sandwiches but still crisps and cakes available.
Track and trace registration should be enforced better- too many people not doing it.
I called with a query about the cafe and both employees I spoke to were very kind and accommodating despite it sound very busy in the background. I believe their names were Lewis and Ben 🩷

I love this cafe and visit regularly. The staff are lovely and look after their customers well. The food is pricey but worth it, IMO. The staff seem to work really hard as it's always busy when I visit. Well done to the team! A real credit to the company.

Prior to visiting Caffè Nero at Livingston Designer Outlet on Tuesday, the 27th of December, 2022 I hadn't been in a Caffé Nero in years. I was very impressed with the service and hot drinks. They also sell cans of San Pellegrino which I also like. I was only in for coffees with my Girlfriend so can't comment on the food I'm afraid but their food looked good. Now I have a loyalty card with 4 points on it because we had 2 coffees each and I intend to keep using it!
