We used Jamuna for the first time tonight & it was excellent, everything freshly made & piping hot, main courses superb & delicious & portions were great, nan bread was so tasty. No hesitation in recommending Jamuna to friends & family

We have just had a delicious delivery of two Indian meals from yourselves. May I say we thoroughly enjoyed both. Food arrived early but was carefully packaged and well marked for identification. I can assure you all every scrap was consumed. Will definitely be using this establishment again and have no hesitation in recommending Jamuna Indian restaurant to all and sundry. Absolutely satisfied with everything. Looking forward to eating inside one day when the current situation allows. Thank you once again.
Estimated delivery time of 1hr, arrived in about 30 minutes, hot fresh and delicious. Meal for 1 offers great value, and I was really impressed with the amount of meat in my curry. I'm quite far away, so delivery isn't cheap, but I'd happily pay that again as the quality of the food is excellent. First time ordering, will definitely be ordering again in future, best Indian meal I've had in years 👌
Stumbled across this place accidentally as we were staying in a hotel nearby. We had a fabulous meal. The mixed starter was a great option, something we haven't seen in our local Indian restaurants. Our dishes were fresh and tasty.
Don't be put off by the basic exterior, the food definitely makes up for it.
I visited this restaurant to have dinner with my friends. After greetings, the waiter served the starter and then the main courses. The food was freshly cooked and hot. We included chefs special menu too, that was tasty as well. I overserved the quality of food and taste was delicious. It was enough portion I had to take a doggy bag. I found this restaurant is quiet and clean and tidy, nice atmosphere for the family visit. So visit you, again and again, you as long you keep the same standard. I believe that If you guys try as well like me new place you will not disappoint.
An Exquisite delicacy! Exceptional customer service! I have never had such a tasty Indian an I have eaten lots of Indian food. The food is freshly cooked and freshly served with a smile. Look forward to trying the wine list when we return on a weekend. Price is fantastic. Buffet Monday- Thursday all freshly cooked from the buffet menu.
Had takeaway last night, was ready in ten minutes. Piping hot, so fresh and flavoursome. Loads of succulent tasty chicken. First takeaway since lock down and wanted to support a local business and was delighted. Can highly recommended.
Great take away!. Ordered online and arrived on time and piping hot. Lots of food more than we needed really and great price. Food was very very good. Great flavour and better than expected. Will definitely be ordering again soon.
Great food with lovely service. Visited with my family and loved this Indian Restaurant. If you want tasty and quality food with reasonable price, then this is the place. Recommend everything on the menu, but not in the same sitting!. They will give you the original test of Indian foods. Will definitely coming back.
Just ordered from here for the first and everyone has thoroughly enjoyed their meals . The lamb and the chicken in our dishes were cooked to absolute perfection . The level of chilli in the madras was spot on, not too hot to be unpleasant and the only place in West Lothian I have seen green herb lamb, we usually have to go to Edinburgh for that. The service was lovely too. Would definitely recommend you try it !
Extremely friendly. Food and service excellent. Different options on eating preferences available eg. Sitting in or carry out. Option to choose from main menu or early dining offer. We went for the latter for our first visit today at 5pm - faultless. Had to bring home what I couldn't eat it was so substantial in portion size. We had been recommended to go by a family member and will pass on our recommendations as well. Good luck for the future and wish them every success. We WILL be back.
Very delightful experience. Took a chance on Jamuna whilst visiting Edinburgh with my partner. The owner and entire team here were very friendly and attentive and was great to chat and get to know them whilst being served delicious dishes which were perfectly seasoned. Would absolutely recommend, much better and more variety than what was on offer at our 4* hotel down the road.
Recently taken over, used to be Imperial palace Chinese buffet, now a very good Indian restaurant.
The staff are friendly, they have a wide ranging menu and the quality and taste of the food is excellent.
They do an early evening two course meal for £12.75 Sunday to Thursday and on a Saturday from 4 till 7.

First visit I ordered mushroom pakora then chicken korma and pilau rice. Second visit we had the shared started which was lovely then chicken tikka masala with rice and peshwari nan.
Both nights food was excellent.

Just had our first meal from Jamuna and will certainly be ordering from here again. The food was lovely, and exactly as we asked for - even our personal requests for strength etc were talen vare of perfectly. Went for a meal here on Wednesday. The buffet is served from the menu and cooked fresh. One if the best I have tasted. I would thoroughly recommend the place, and definitely go again. Great value for money and fab food.
