Don't mind buffet restaurants for a quick lunch however went on a Monday night and the choice was superb. Loved the idea of having fresh food cooked to your taste also. The chef juggling the knives was worth the money alone without the food. He was quite entertaining whilst cooking teriyaki...see some people are saying it's expensive however if you think about the fact you're having starter, main and desert I disagree...as a vegetarian I was pleased with choice however a few more would be appreciated

The guy at the door was very friendly and gave us a good table for two. Soup and starters were great and on to the meals were superb. Ice creams and fruit were lovely. Young waiter asked if we would like tea or coffee to finish off very nice of him as we were just sitting and talking and just chilling out Lovely time in the restaurant and love coming here from Falkirk for a meal. Great staff and can chill out in here in piece.

Plenty of space between seats and buffet area. Friendly, helpful staff and servers. Brilliant choice of food to content all. Definitely will be back.

We went for dinner last night and from the minute we entered we were treated very well by the waiting staff. The food was plentiful in both starters and mains with great choice. Overall, it was delicious. We can’t comment on dessert as we didn’t have one, but I’m sure they’d be of the same standard as the rest of the food. It’s by far one of the best World Buffet’s we’ve been to. We will definitely be returning. Oh, and the cocktails are lush too!

Great selection of food. I enjoyed their lamb curry and grilled food the most. Shout out to the Malaysian grill chef for his amazing grilling skill.

It was our first time here. The staff were friendly and hard working! The food was decent and they have a good selection but the chicken curry was very dry & the scampi was cold, even though it was not long open. The chicken korma, chicken pakora & sushi was delicious 😋 The ice cream was nice too! I hoped there would be shredded duck with pancakes but there wasn't. Maybe something to add? I also think that hand wipes or gloves should be made available as so many people touching the serving spoons. Buffet was £14.99 per adult for lunch.

We came at lunch opening and it got really busy REALLY quick. The tepanyaki was available, roast pork and trimmings, Chinese food spread, Indian food spread and Pretty much all the food was there.

Finally I found a restaurant with authentic taste in Scotland.Offering a buffet meal with various kinds of foods and deserts at the price of £16.99. In my opinion it's much worth for that money. Location- Ground floor, Designer outlet, Livingston.

Good selection of food, better than I expected and what I had few years back (grill, Indian, Chinese, Mexican, pizzas, sushi and more, best ice-cream too). Service is OK, but good for a quick bite and eat as much as you want. We were on Friday evening and no queue and no prebooking was needed, but I guess each day is different

Great for a family meal with kids, something for all the family. The food is fresh and constantly being replaced when running low

In the past I have been a fairly regular customer to the Hot Flame World Banquet but looking at the prices now I just can't afford to pay the prices, we are pensioners and can't justify paying the prices. I understand the the price of everything has gone up but they keep going up. Regards Helen Stewart.
